Ford customer service has verified order, clean unscheduled order, clean unscheduled in que, clean edited awaiting scheduling.

So, with all the changes in wording, not sure if it is getting closer, or if they change the wording just to make me think it is getting closer… LOL

And since my FL dealer never completed my 2022 order of 01/01/2022, and we had to start all over again, it does get frustrating to have to keep waiting with no news except our 45 day “thank you for your order, but keep waiting longer” emails. Third one due soon.

Yes. Waiting for the "email of joy" vs. the "email of crushing disappointment" can rattle the nerves. I'm trying not to let it get to me but not having much success with that.

That's how my last "we're sorry" email was. I knew what the email was going to be so I wasn't disappointed at least. Hope for the best, plan for the worst.

Sadly I think this is my last week waiting as well. Since October 21. There's a new 22 Tacoma I can get at a great price since it is last year's stock.
13 months for a new vehicle is insane. I ordered a new Model y from Tesla for the family vehicle last week(Price is too good to pas up). Already got the build time frame of February. I cant believe a new car company is doing better production than the company that invented mass-produced vehicles.

I agree, it is hard to accept that Ford started a car manfacturing business over a 100 years ago and that is what they have been doing since then!

I cannot even imagine if Ford got distracted by having a couple of other companies in the last 10-15 years like sending up 1,000's of new satellites for internet service world-wide, buying a media software company that is used world-wide, or building several different models of new rocket ships that can be reused over and over. Never mind building the most successful electric car company so far . . .

I do wonder what Ford does to keep them so distracted and busy now that they only offer a few models of cars and truck now from actually building them ????

It seems Telsa probalby uses similar componets like chips, battery materials, etc. builds new manufacturing plants and still can process and delivery cars. I guess it must be the world-wide shortage of trailer hitches that Ford cannot even source a year in advance knowing that they will be needing every single month that is part of their problem.

You all remember that scheduling week that they were supposed to schedule, didn’t, and then never said why? Believe it was the week before they stopped for the holidays.

It doesn't give ma a warm fuzzy that my Bronco friends started getting their scheduling emails an hour or so ago. I hope they are just delayed a bit. =(
