If Ford has scheduled 28,700 (highest VIN) total trucks and 65% (build capacity) of them are EBs, then 68.5% of EB orders have been scheduled to date. That means Ford only has a month and a half of EB capacity worth of orders left to schedule.

Congrats, Don't know what i did wrong. ordered the same thing on 6 Oct 2021 still no info. I am a little disappointed. Don't even know if i should swap it out for an EB. Surely, I will get a build day soon.

The scheduling for hybrids only, announced as being done today, was for week 5 only.
It looks like not many hybrid spots were available for that week, so they proceeded to also schedule for other weeks, and seeming to give priority to cancelled hybrids who had switched to EBs.
I don't see a lot of incongruity in that.

Looks like

They did the same thing toward the end of the 2022 scheduling, but it was supposed to be just Ecoboost scheduling. Sure enough come the next scheduling week there were plenty of Hybrids scheduled.
That's when my 22 was scheduled...which was then canceled two months later.

Basic math based on known values. The question is if Ford's VIN assignment process is purely sequential as the build ratio to date has been spot on.

From what I have seen I may have one of the lowest VIN's at 24XXX.

We all have our standards. For me, a post on an internet messageboard, alleging someone else said somewhere, that FMC said something to all dealers, is not worthy of being considered a source. And by definition, it was a rumor.
And how is this any different than any proclamation coming from Salina, Ks. ? Those words are treated as gospel.

You are forgetting about the unknown values like stock orders and fleet orders which get VINs to but those aren't posted here.

Fleet and stock orders have a higher priority number. So, on paper, should not even be looked at. But who knows.
