You are an EB. Don't change anything. EB order totals were significantly under Ford's expectations. You should be scheduled eventually, assuming your dealer has enough allocations.

As for the priority code, correct. That only matters at that dealership. If everyone is a 19, then everyone is on the same plane. All that matters is timestamp if two exact orders are in the system. So, any order put into the system before you will be ahead of you unless there is a constraint preventing that order from being scheduled.
I wish I shared your optimism on EB orders. When I see people who ordered EBs in 2021 and are still waiting, it makes me wonder....

The differences in the regional scheduling could be related to transportation bottlenecks. For example if they do not have any space on a train to Kansas City then it makes no sense to schedule building trucks that will go to Kansas City. There could also be things like there is not space in a staging area where they unload trains and then a local carrier takes the truck to the dealership. It also sounds like there is a shortage of the car carriers that deliver the truck to the dealer.

Selecting which trucks to build is about more than just having the parts to build the truck.

The lack of transportation in a given week could also be a reason that people with scheduled orders are getting emails saying that their production date has been pushed back a week or two.

Xlt eco boost with just the fx4 package. I have to assume the only reason I haven’t been scheduled is dealer allocations.
Just hope Ford has the sense to get all rollovers out in spite of allocation even if we are last on that screwball list.

I'm due the "thinking of you" email on Dec 19th. I've added the dates to my phone so I'm emotionally prepared on those days.

Received an email from Ford at 8pm, last night. They're moving my scheduled build DATE of Dec. 23 to a build WEEK of January 2. 2023 hybrid XLT Lux.

I'm just going off the math. Mathematically, all EB orders are built by the end of May, assuming no constraints or allocation goofiness.

No, it's like a 2 dollar question. Your pc15 means next to nothing. Not trying to be rude, just telling you that it is pretty irrelevant.
Agreed...I sat at priority 2 with a VIN for nearly 5 months before my order was cancelled. Now as a 2023 reorder, I'm still at priority 2, just no VIN now. Feel like priority code is absolutely meaningless.

What options do you have? Seems like you probably have some constraints.

Hybrid lariat with lux and 360. I know I have seen some loaded builds who just ordered a few months ago already be scheduled which is the frustrating part. Not sure why a 14+ month old order can't be prioritized

Will Someone please give me a plausible reason as to why the darn hitch is a Constraint? My only stinking option on an XL.
The wiring of the hitch connector requires some electronics. There is still a chip shortage so they can install a limited number of hitches. They are prioritizing the packages that include a hitch such as Lux and FX4 over stand alone hitches.
