So I ordered a 2023 XLT Hybrid, got an email yesterday that my truck was built and ready to be shipped. Expected delivery Dec 25 - Dec 31 !!
Just a day before I got a email that order is delayed and next communication will be next 45 days.
I was pleasantly surprised to get this email yesterday.

Wishful Thinking?!? November 1st 2021 order. VIN for September build, pushed multiple times to December 19th. They Canceled order then rolled over.. Same order number and tracker still shows December 19th build.

It could happen right?!?!

Original order-XL Moonroof, dropin, fullsize spare,
2023 order changes - no moonroof so I added - hitch, 400 volt, 360 and no velocity blue so went with carbon gray.

I just received a call from the dealer saying that my XLT Tremor has been scheduled for the week of Jan 30!

I contacted Ford chat twice today (including after the dealer call) and they had zero information for me beyond the above, which I got yesterday. Seems different from everyone including other folks here in Canada, but eh, I'll take it.

I'm here in Mississauga, Ontario and I haven't heard anything about mine yet.

So my dealer told me they had 154 orders and my priority is a 10 so what does that even mean? I guess in the next year I will find out.

Ford will convert the 10 to a 2 and set up a date to build and a vin. I would check with the ford chat group for they will tell you ,more so than waiting for a email and the dealer to contact you. Good luck.

I tried Ford Chat today and they said "it will begin production in the next available production week." But I don't have a VIN yet.... is that normal?

No, that's just an optimistic way for them to tell you that it is has not yet been assigned to a production week.
