    I tried chat several times and they didn't tell me a scheduled date. 2 weeks ago my order was previewing and I still don't actually know my "build date" but if your vin is close to mine that makes sense

    Last week my dealer said previewing. This week chat said processing on Monday AND actually said a build week of Feb 20 BUT that seemed odd so I hit up chat again today and got the processing without a build week. I'm so flippen confused.

    I placed my order for XLT, 4k tow, drop in liner on Sept 28. My dealer tells me it's a priority 10. I'm not counting on anything for 6 months. Does that sound about right?
