I tried chat several times and they didn't tell me a scheduled date. 2 weeks ago my order was previewing and I still don't actually know my "build date" but if your vin is close to mine that makes sense
Do they string all you hybrid folks along in hopes they will get supplies? Seems kinda cruel to me. I think I'd rather just hear "Sorry, we can't make your vehicle"

Im thinking the communications to us Canadians is vastly different given the responses I have had. I wonder if I go to the Chat on Ford.COM if the responses would be different.

Tuesday Nov 29th - Dealer: Order is "Previewing"
Monday Dec 5th - Chat: Order is "Processing" with possible build week of Feb 20th
That just seemed weird so I tried again 2 days later
Wednesday...
Last week dealer said "previewing"
Monday chat said "processing and scheduled week of Feb 20 no VIN"
That didn't seem right so I tried chat again on wed and they said "processing no date other than next scheduled week"
Thought just for giggles id try a phone call. "Will be delivered to dealer...
Last week my dealer said previewing. This week chat said processing on Monday AND actually said a build week of Feb 20 BUT that seemed odd so I hit up chat again today and got the processing without a build week.
I'm so flippen confused.
Yeah I'm confused as well. Last week it was "previewing" and now a date without a vin when we haven't even got that far. Isn't Ford chat supposed to be a source of truth?
If the order banks opened on the 15th and were only open for 6 days, why is my sales rep telling me that my order that was made on Sept 29th was confirmed and given a priority code of 10 and waiting to be scheduled? I ordered an XLT EB with 4k and drop in liner. I went into this thinking it...
I placed my order for XLT, 4k tow, drop in liner on Sept 28. My dealer tells me it's a priority 10. I'm not counting on anything for 6 months. Does that sound about right?
