Ford CSR I just spoke to confirmed my 2023 rollover order and also gave me my $2750 Private Offer Certificate number. But she won't give me the priority code explaining that they are not trained to answer that question and I should contact my dealer.

But then she said I could guess what my priority code was and if I got it right she could confirm it. So I said 02 and she confirmed that was correct.

Sometimes CSR rules seem crazy at large corporations, but this conversation played out as my most unique one yet.
That's hilarious! What a strange thing to be indirectly secretive about.

I just checked a bit ago and I am priority 02 according to chat. There are 4 of us at my dealer but I was the first to do the transition.

Just got off the phone with FORD marketing - no VIN # yet for me, but the rep did say that they are beginning to assign VIN #'s and production weeks to the scheduled-cancelled MY22 orders that had dates and VIN #. Would be interesting to know what trims are being assigned - the three mentioned here were XL and XLT. Anyone with a Lariat get moved to priority 2 yet?
I called in and checked, my lariat lux hybrid is at priority 2 now.

Same here. Rep told me that they can’t see private offers, does this sound right?
I got the same answer from Customer Service last week but they referred me to Marketing who told me there is not a Private Offer showing up. The told me to go back and check with the dealer.

Confirmed! I am a 10/22/2021 order with an XLT Hybird in Alto Blue that was cancelled / rolled over into a 2023. I just called Ford support and the lovely woman confirmed that my truck is showing now as a priority code #2. My dealer dropped me down to code #10 after the rollover and I was waiting for this news. Let's hope now that we get our VINs or a production week email on 12/1

I was priority 19 when they converted to a 23 last week. Today dealer informed me that the order is now a 2 and they confirmed the private offer! XLT Lux with 360.

Ford CS gave me my Private Offer Certificate # over the phone.

I just called and got my certificate numbers for my two private offers. Rep said the $2750 expires on 1/3/23 (seems odd), but can likely be extended. I was also told that the $2750 amount can vary by dealer depending on options. Also seems odd!

Try again, the next rep will likely give it to you. Also, I was surprised at how quickly I got through the few times I was able to call.
