I was not able to change the new order when I posted that because turns out the lariat lux's were locked until today. Planning on stopping in on my way home from work today.

Your January build date should be gone now, those were all 22s as far as I know, and should be replaced with the new 23 order and awaiting scheduling. As long as your dealer went through your order, and changed the priority code from 99 to a 10-19.
Have a priority 19. It was 99 till I caught it. Remember when go in to reorder. I’m sure you know more than the dealer.

Still haven't been able to get my dealer to confirm they see the 23MY order with Priority 99 (XLT) that should it seems by all accounts have materialized by now and replaced 22MY order.

The only thing they've been able to confirm to-date is that there was no 23MY order with a duplicate order # that would need to be changed.

I haven't talked with Sales Rep since late Saturday and hope they return my call with good news tomorrow. In case not, just to be clear, are there any remaining legitimate system problems that could still be preventing them from accessing my MY23 Priority 99 order? Seems like the answer is "no", but if someone can confirm that would be awesome (Thanks).

Jeez this is unbelievable...

I added remote start as well... to my xlt. Not sure if I really need it but nice feature to have in cold weather. And nice to not have to rely on the phone and app.

Everything was cleared up last night (Sunday) and Tommy Brogan reported that the Lariat Lux problem had been fixed. I emailed my dealer what I wanted to change, and he called me at 10:30 this morning and I saw my PC99 Lariat Lux order sheet, looked it over and approved it, and he returned to have me sign my order with a new PC19. I'm still waiting for the Ford email to verify, as my 2022 VIN is also still in the tracker. I don't think there is anything in any dealer's way now. Maybe time for you to escalate to the sales manager or GM at your dealership. I was the only Maverick order for my small dealership to deal with, and they finally got the picture.

Edit: I don't think your 22MY order will immediately disappear. My new order has the same Sales Code and order number as my 2022 did. I don't know when it will disappear from the tracker.

Thanks Brad!!! I'll be on it tomorrow!

I thought Tim and others indicated that with the same order #, once the 23MY order with Priority 99 appeared the old/original 22MY order had disappeared? But whether the dealer sees one new 23MY order or both 23MY & 22MY orders, the main thing of course is that I just want the new 23MY order with Priority 99 to finally be located so we can move forward with the necessary changes, etc.

Anyways, I stopped by the dealer and got my order updated on my lariat lux, and priority code is in at a 10 now. He could not find my private offer, but was looking in my 22 order still. I forgot to make sure the contact info was added to the new order though.

Interesting note, when he initially pulled up the new order, it included the 6 D-link bed connectors, CP360, and spray-in bedliner at extra cost, but did not have the CP360 assist on it automatically like I read it should. I ended up taking off the bedliner and changed the bed connectors from C to B. Fingers crossed I get another VIN soon.

people have gotten emails if the dealer noticed that the customers email wasn't there and added it when they updated/reconfirmed the order

Ty. I'm not a newbie here, just getting my ducks in a row and it's been a ride I'll be telling the grandkids. Lol. My pre-order says 6 D-link bed connector and am remembering reading something about this...am I remembering right? Was I supposed to tell my dealer to remove it? I know the info is here somewhere (somewhere🙄). Do you know?

Edit: Found it, should have known it would be in a video from Tim.

I am waiting on my useless dealer to confirm that I am changed over. Think he got tired of me being on him like white on rice, and brushed me off on Thursday saying he will let me know once it can be updated. Well as of Sunday night all the issues were resolved and still no response from him. I texted him again this morning and if no answer, I will probably just go down after work and talk to someone.

It depends if your dealer re-entered your email address into WBDO for the 23 order. If they did, you'll get a confirmation email and updates from Ford. If they didn't, you'll get no communication from Ford about the order.

@fordvideoguy It appears that my Sales Mgr did not re-enter the customer info into wbdo when he made the changes for a '23 model last week, as I have not received any confirmation of the order from Ford. Can you confirm whether if he does so, will it trigger the Private offer and how can he access it?

I just got off the phone with my salesman, who is the Sales Mgr with a large upstate dealer that he has been with for 46 years. He made the necessary adjustments to my '22 order which had had a vin for a XLT hybrid (vel blue to area 51 and replace stand alone hitch with Lux pkg, maintain CP360) last week and sent me a copy of the 2023 Preview order, with the original Order and Sales codes, and price level of 320.
I had pushed him to go into Smart Vincent and make sure that the $2750 compensation offer from Ford and the Farm Bureau certificate for $500 (which expires on Jan 3) is captured.
He maintains that he cannot get into Smart Vincent without a vin, which no longer exists, and that after the sale Ford will provide "price protection to the original price code 220" and issue them a refund with they will issue to me. I can't convince him otherwise.
Please could one of the posting dealers on this subject factually clarify?
