Yes, we know they most likely cannot build all the hybrids. How many they can or will actually build is anyone's guess.

You are asking questions that do not have answers. There are a number of unprecidented supply chain issues going on across the globe now. When will cement prices go down in the midwest? When political issues get resolved so that limestone quarry operations return to a predictable state, when natural gas prices go down so the kilns can run more, when the farmers demand for tricalcium phosphate stabilizes, etc etc. Then supply will go up, but then you have to wait for the Mississippi to get more water so the barges can move easier, and all of that is after you find employees to actually do the work.

I put that together and caveated that was based on the 77,800 remaining orders left to schedule. If Ford keeps their 35/65 ratio intact, they would need to build about 152,000 Mavericks to meet the current hybrid orders.

All of this assumes Ford doesn't shift their plans yesterday, tomorrow, or at any point.

Breaking news, I just found an updated order fulfillment estimate.

Not looking good for us hybrid orders

Thank you for your patience. First, congratulations on your new Maverick! My resources do show two orders under this dealer and order code. The 2022 Model Year is Scheduled to Week (Week -of Jan-09-2023) for production. The order for the 2023 Model Year is currently showing a secondary status of Unscheduled- Compatibility. We would recommend verifying these details with your ordering dealership.

Just got this reply from the support chat. My order has been converted, unsure if it can be changed yet though. At least it looks like I should be okay going to the dealer after work.

No, the brand manager said that we will be able to make changes tomorrow.
