I'm not able to pull up the window sticker yet either is the dealership. She told me Ford said it was credited which lets me believe that it was indeed on the order or it wouldn't even show up. She was frustrated too.
Do you have the order preview sheet from when you ordered back in September showing the options that were selected?

I wonder if your dealer didn't know at the time that the package had changed from 22 to 23....

Ok, thank you. This i understand. It’s for people who don’t really like to drive and would rather be a passenger.

For me, i have driver cars. A zr1, and a couple challengers, a full off-road Jeep etc. I’m more of an engagement while driving guy.
Makes sense now
I don't like being a passenger either. I'd rather walk through a door and be where I need to be. But until that day comes, I like having a vehicle that can assist with the driving. As I get older, my reflexes aren't what they used to be.

While the December dates were originally only used for the purgatory state of the MY22s to be cancelled, Ford has already scheduled MY23 vehicles for those weeks.
Yes that is correct. ONLY 23 models. The OP had 2022. Re-Read my original post.

It appears that some 2023 orders are being assigned 12/19 build weeks so I think those will be built. But????
Yes that is correct. MY23’s not 22’s.

Tim said those are now given a January date. The December ones are real ‘23s. But not the cancelled ‘22s.
Yes but OP had a 22 as the original order.

After hearing Tim mention the "Splitting" of the Co-pilot system I thought I better double check. I originally ordered 11/4/21 then re ordered 9/?/22. Ordered Exactly the same but deleted black painted wheels. I was given a build week of 12/19 last week. I called my dealer just to double check and to make sure it was added. She said Her and The Manager found out it the "assist" portion was removed by ford and will be credited. She said quote this came directly from Ford our hand are tied this is coming from the top managment. It'll have good trade in value. That makes me lose faith in Ford.
In an attempt to claw back from the hijack,
What happened to the first order when you made the second order, was it canceled?
When you did the 9/? order it would have been for a MY23 which dropped the CP360. Sounds like you dealer didn't tell you or add it back and now that you're scheduled you're locked and it cannot be added in. Dealer is right it was removed by Ford from the MY23 package but if you or the dealer didn't think to add it back in it's lost. Was it added back in?

Oh this makes sense, 4 wheels really takes away any excitement. For me, I have couple street motorcycles and a couple race motorcycles, so for mundane driving tasks, might was well get a little extra comfort while I drive. But not everyone has bikes so they have to try to grasp for any excitement 4 wheels can bring. So I can understand why you feel this way.

I'm not sure I would use all of the features but some like object warning when you are backing up are very valuable. And depending on your driving conditions the other features may (or may not) be useful. I've been driving well over 50 years and I get older and slower every year and the number of idiots allowed to drive increases. It is dangerous out there with people on their phones, not paying attention and just plain not knowing what common curtesy is. I'll take all the 'safety' features I can get.
Exactly. If it saves your bacon just once it's worth it. Plus I tend to keep vehicles for 10 years or so... Might as well have and enjoy all those little things. Might not appreciate them now but who knows where the road will take you...

Yes, but I thought it was the re-order on 9/?/22 that got the schedule for 12/19. The re-order would be an unscheduled ‘22, not a scheduled ‘22 that is being cancelled.
The ’22s that got scheduled, but not built (ie cancelled ‘22s) were originally assigned a December date. Those were moved out to January so ‘23s can be built in December.

These Nanny Safety Features reduce ones driver skills slowly over time. Out on the road I see so many people, 65% who are women, who have no clue on how to do a proper lane change. Most probably have mis-adjusted mirrors, that show the side of their vehicle, not the road beside the car. They are so scared that they don't or won't change lanes. IME

Tell us how you really feel. Why do you hate women?
My wife is not as good of a driver as I am, but she's not a bad driver.

Most of the drivers who ride my A$$ coming to a turn, and having a clear lane to move over but refuse too move over. Of these the majority by a wide margin are women. I slow down more before turning when my A$$ is being ridden.
