Tim,
I would totally agree if they aren't swearing that Ford removed it and is creditig it back to me. I have no idea who to believe at this point but Dealers still represent Ford. Maybe they need to start cleaning house because disatisfied is disatified.
By the way, they can go into that order tomorrow and add the package for you. I have been told that they are doing the transition of the carryover orders today and amendments to orders can be done again starting tomorrow.

That's where you are wrong. I can tell you if Dealers were screwing with buyers Harley would pull the Franchise from that owner in a minute. Manufacture's can and do control Dealerships.
Why pose a question to the internet if you're just going to argue any data that disagrees with your preset assumption? Literally the most knowledgeable person for this Tim has confirmed its on the dealer and not a Ford issue but you want to keep beating on Ford.

Ford has screwed the pooch on many things. But this isn't one of them...

Edit

Also I see that Tim had advised your dealer may be able to fix this. Why not stop arguing with us and let your dealer know you know they screwed it up, they may be able to fix it, and see if you can get them to make it right.

Can someone explain why the cp360 and 360a proponents are sooooo adamant about those options? Personally I’d rather not have them. No repairs in the future and nothing intrusive when i drive. I just want to drive. That said, why do some like these features so much?
Great for the older generation

Interesting situation. One of the things I made clear to my dealership was ACC was a requirement and I confirmed with the DORA that my order has CP360A on it. I have not seen anything about Ford removing that. Especially with Ford announcing CP360A being under capacity now.

I like not having the feather the throttle on two-lane highways or when the interstate gets into the city. Regular cruise will full-speed it into a wall whereas ACC will adjust your speed to the traffic but then return to your set speed once traffic clears. I'm not one of those that get a thrill out of traveling. It is just a necessary evil to get to where I need to be. If someone were to invent a transporter system, I would never buy another vehicle ever again.

The lane-keeping is neither here nor there. I have an essential tremor so I do appreciate the minor assist but my Escape can get a little overzealous at times.
Isn't this for 22my orders, because splitting the 360?

I ordered my Mav 1-1/4 years ago and just got it about 3 weeks ago. I have the assist...turned off. Most of my driving is in light to no traffic. What surprised me was that Ford has decided to remove navigation from its vehicles. I got the Lariat, no nav! Found out after the fact that they are doing away with it as so many people have access to their phone synced in and have other options. Kinda p'd me off! Pretty pleased with the baby truck overall, though.
Waze shows on screen and updates as I drive for traffic and accidents. Better than static navigation.

My dealer said Hertz rental company pushed in a large order and that many 12/19 build dates won’t be made until January. I still have a 2022 vin number for my 12/19 build so we shall see. I hope I get a 2023 as I’m getting a xl and would like the cruise control added.

I'm just curious how they are "crediting" you?

They are adding the missing package back in your order?
They are giving you money?

After hearing Tim mention the "Splitting" of the Co-pilot system I thought I better double check. I originally ordered 11/4/21 then re ordered 9/?/22. Ordered Exactly the same but deleted black painted wheels. I was given a build week of 12/19 last week. I called my dealer just to double check and to make sure it was added. She said Her and The Manager found out it the "assist" portion was removed by ford and will be credited. She said quote this came directly from Ford our hand are tied this is coming from the top managment. It'll have good trade in value. That makes me lose faith in Ford.
just got a call @430 pm that the Copilot assist couldn't be added to my order, and I would have to have it taken off if I wanted to order,

To repeat myself. I have not had a charged accident in 45 years. i like the features because in my case I received 2 warnings in 3 months which i was on my side of the road and 2 probably good drivers ended up on my side of the road for some reason. I defy any person who drives tell me they have never become tired and lost concentration while driving and if they do don’t believe them. It happens. I had a BMW rental car a few years ago while my car was in the shop for repairs. I hated the lane centering etc so bad I parked the car in my garage for 2 weeks. I feel these features make me a more aware and safer driver for my family and yours. This is a tool. Do you still use a screw driver or electric screw gun. I have not used a hammer in years since sir nailers became affordable. The Co-Pilot 360is a tool if you choose not to take advantage shame on you when you have a accident and you did not maximize the tools available to you. It is like going back to a slide rule. I will use all the tools I can afford to improve my driving awareness. I will drive smarter you make your choice

Was this a carryover from 22 or a new 23 order. My New 23 order split. I have No idea wether to even call my dealer about the 22. I'm really afraid they'll do more harm than good at this point. At least 14 mos later I have a date minus a couple of luxury's I wanted. I with a date is better than none.

Was a 22 order going to 23 and Ford doesn’t need to take any 23orders until all 22 are done

I understand that. Like I said prior my 2nd Order placed in 9/22 has a build date of 12/19, My dealer had no idea it was scheduled until I had them check on the assist pkg. That's when she told me Ford took off the assist. Then EVERYONE said it has to be a "Dealer"error. That's how I even knew it was by Ford in the first place.
