I just got an email from Ford my 2023 XLT Ecoboost is scheduled from production 12/12. Really excited after all the delays.

Good news for Ecoboost orders i would think.

I just got notice today that my 2023 XLT Ecoboost got scheduled for production 12/12. This is a 22 conversion from February. Really excited finally.

I received an email from Ford with that info this morning.

Just called Ford chat to see where my orders are in line.

#1 22 Rollover -unscheduled
#2 23 new order- unscheduled
#3 22 canceled scheduled order- scheduled for 1/9!

Still passed that so many new 23 orders are scheduled ahead of me. Also need to know how to make changes because I want the BAP added

Scheduling means nothing until they actually go into production

You think there is zero correlation between schedule date and build date? Of course there are usually delays, but overall, the earlier an order gets scheduled, the sooner it gets built. Scheduling now would indicate that they will likely be built in less than 9 months.

Sure it likely won’t be 9 months but there have certainly been people pushed many months.

I received an email from Ford with that info this morning.

Mine was a new 23' order and really perturbed a friend who had a 22' get cancelled and reordered an Ecoboost 23' and no word. Ford and some of the dealers have to do a better job on those folks.
