I just got the email. Dealer confirmed to me that they didn’t covp my order last year so I’m not eligible for private offer but ford still sending me these BS emails. A little consistency in ford communications

This is the same thing that happened to me. My dealer told me that last year, their Ford rep told them the orders didn't need to have COVP, so they never submitted it. When I went to roll my order over, they told me they had been fighting with Ford to get private offers for their 10 roll over orders, but Ford wouldn't give it to them because the orders never completed COVP.I just got the email. I received the exact email from Ford today. Lariat, 360, Lux, white 10-23-2021 order date.Did anyone else get this? I have a 2022 XLT-EB that I ordered in January--I have no VIN and not production date as of a week ago, and I let the opportunity to order a 2023 come and go. Frankly, I had no expectation it would ever go into production after everything I read on this site (and was told as much by Ford customer service), but now I get this.

Glad your dealer is working with you. and that you got some info and know the allocations your dealer has. Mine won't tell me anything despite asking. All he seemed to hint at is my color is stopping me from getting my truck. I ordered Cyber Orange. I give!This is the same thing that happened to me. To my dealer's credit, they did give me a 10 priority code and agreed (in writing) to give me the difference between my MY22 year price and my MY23 price in credit on the Ford Pass app which can be used to make vehicle payments. So I may not get a discount from the private offer, but I at least won't pay more.
I have received the "confirmed" email from Ford, and did the chat this morning who confirmed my order is processing but still unscheduled. I got the new "we're sorry" email from Ford today at 4:20 ET. My dealer says Ford has not processed any of their COVP request for any new vehicle orders. They did provide me with a tracking number for the COVP submission. I am third in line. My dealer has 38 allocations (27 eco, 11 hybrid).
I did multiple times, still no certificate. I'll keep on trying. Maybe it will show up once I get a my VIN#You can also call Ford customer service and ask if the certificate shows up.
That's my hunch too. People who got the email still have an 22 order languishing.I also received the same e-mail. Original order 10/30/21. Reorder 9/16/22. I DONT have a private offer yet. I called Ford customer service and found out that my 2022 XLT Hybrid order is still active, priority code 10. Is this the reason why I don't have a private offer? I left a message to my dealer, waiting for a call back.

Same here. Ford should do something for us (or at least our dealers). It’s not our fault and since we got the confirmation email ford should have emailed us if no COVP. As for me it’s just a guess of no ROVP/COVP as my dealer just says Ford told them to cancel my order in June. Oh and they didn’t tell me when it happened.I'm also someone who got dicked by my dealer on the COVP status AND got an email today.
Its especially frustrating for me because I placed my bronco order on 10/13/21 he same day as my original maverick order. My bronco had to be COVP to be placed. So just laziness or negligence but it cost me $2750.
