Ask them for the WBDO build sheet. If they placed the order, then they should at least have that.
Word. I'm gonna text my salesperson first thing in the AM and request they shoot me a build sheet copy and verify my email in their information.

Just called the Ford helpline and they were able to see my order as Processing, placed today. All I can know right now.

So if you got a WBDO build sheet signed by the dealer with the sales and order codes and the confirmation Email, you still have to make sure a ROVP was placed?

One last thing is to ask dealer or Ford CS if your order is "unscheduled-clean". If it is your golden. You could have the email and ROVP, but still have a problem with the order. If it's clean, it can be scheduled for production.

I’m getting my 2022…. But Ford is really being horrible with this policy. They will limit the amount of “Retail Orders” but will allow dealers to order and add market adjustments, basically price gouging. So in a nut shell, they will make exactly the number of Mavericks that they can, but will screw the customer and help the dealers make huge profits on dealer stock. FORD should stop the dealers from price gouging and make the playing field even.

I see it as ensuring retail orders get built since they will be prioritizing retail orders over stock until complete. Creates a buffer on the retail and lets stock have the leftovers.

my dealer turned in my order Friday afternoon. Still haven’t received a response from Ford saying they excepted my order. Anyone else still waiting for a response?

I'm done. I ordered. I got a Order #. No email so I chatted with a friendly and informed CSR who stated my Maverick order was indeed placed when my dealer told me it was and that it is in the system awaiting scheduling. That is all I can do. I can do no more except tomorrow I call my dealer and remind him he forgot to enter the FX/4 package on my order. :ROFLMAO: I assume I still have plenty of time for that.

If I get a Maverick, great. If I do not, well not so great but life goes on.

Just talked to mine and if they gave you a “Tracking number” that means your retail order has been verified/processed….ROVP’d.
So what is this "tracking number"? I have been on this forum over a year and this is the first time I have heard of it. I have been banging my head against the wall for the last 4 days since my Private Offer is not showing up for my order that has been "Unscheduled: Clean" since October 1, 2021.
Have you called Ford Customer Service? Maybe you are scheduled with a Vin hence no private offer.
So is the general consensus that even if we received an e-mail from Ford confirming our order we should still contact Ford CS to make sure the order is there? What should we say when we call?

Seems to be that way. There's also an ROVP/COVP "tracking number" that your dealer can tell you if they actually went through the process.

When you contact Ford, you need your Order Number and Dealer Number. They can then tell you if you have an order in the system and the Priority Number it is currently at. However, they will be unable to tell you if there is a valid COVP/ROVP for the order.

I just called them with my name and order number the dealer gave me. They then gave me another order number. I have called them maybe 3 times over the course of 9 months they were very nice. But I have heard that even with this others have said that the order was not put in correctly and they lost out. Confusing I know. I was concerned until I got a Vin.

I hope mine gets submitted in time, I ordered 4pm on 9/17/2022
I chatted with Ford support tonight and they were able to confirm that my order was successfully submitted.

Huge sigh of relief especially considering that the order banks will be closed in about 48 hours. Took a total of 30 minutes (25 waiting in the chat cue and 5 minutes of help). Just have the order code and sales code ready). You can bet I kept a transcript of that chat!

I have relayed data from here and Tim to my dealership and they get annoyed and tell me forums are usually wrong, lol. I say its in your dealership bulletins and that is what I see posted online. I dont think they read any of them.

I told them on Saturday the order banks close soon and get my order in, their answer is we never heard that and said it was already submitted. Luckily today I called the Ford help and they told me the order was placed today, not Saturday as I was told.

Now I have to worry about COVP again, great.

I wish there was a way to know if your dealership didnt do everything, that way if your order wont be built you'll know soon and can move on.
Just ask your dealer of Ford CS if you are "unscheduled-clean". If so, no worries.

But what's important is whether or not ROVP is submitted for your order which the chat won't be able to tell you, right? If there's no ROVP, even if your order is "in the system", it may never be scheduled.

I think the safest bet is just make sure your dealer COVP's your order. And ask them for the confirmation tracking number once that is done. They should be asking for your drivers license for COVP anyways.
