Production build week delay: my order got pushed from 10/4 to 10/11
I wouldn't be surprised if the margins are slightly worse on the First Edition since the package is about $800 cheaper than the items included on their own plus the additional materials and labor of the decals.

Your email confirmation is the only thing you'll see from Ford until it's actually scheduled. Then you'll get your vin number, and it'll show up on your account. There're still orders from June and July that haven't been scheduled yet. It'll happen when it happens.

Just curious.........where were you on the order date list? Were you near the top of the list? I'min the 280's so I was trying to figure when they will start mine.

I ordered mine on 7/14. I didn’t add mine right away to the date list so I believe I’m around 900. It doesn’t get built upon the date which you ordered it. It depends upon what you ordered and what dealer you went through.

At this point, I fully expect to see the first umpteen Maverick drive reviews before I get my build date. It seems Ohio is not a build priority.

My first attempt at an order was 08/4/21 - but that Dealership became "prima donna" on me with my consistent requests to have all documentation inserted into ONE FORM, which they wanted me to sign. + $1,000.00 "fully refundable" deposit. After a lot of back and forth, me spewing my righteous indignation.. the dealership stated that they did not want to do business with me - I wasn't playing nicely... F-ing Participation Trophy workers we have today!
So I went to another and then another and each had similar issues with providing proficient and effective documents for me to sign. I finally conceded and had Tom Borah, Horsham, PA Ford handle this... 08/14/21... lost so much valuable time! I am totally without a car right now and I need this ASAP... but I will continue with Cycling (live in FL) and Lyft or Uber as much as I need.
