Addendum***

Just last night I received my ELEVENTH bump. I received yet another email from Ford stating I had been pushed back yet another week.

"Mine goes to 11" = Spinal Tap, anyone?
Thats absolutely absurd. At this rate they will be pushing out MY23 to first of year and doing MY22 til 11:59 pm on 12-31-22 if it’s not allowed to cancel non built 22 vins

Got the email tonight moved to the 10/31. This is number 6. I’m so pissed right now, I just don’t get it. Pretty much means I won’t get it until after the first of the year. Tomorrow will be one year since I ordered,10/12
All those that ordered 23s I hope you are patient as all get up. Ridiculous
nope! not that loyal to ford or the truck I ordered I'll just buy a Santa Cruz, better warranty and a few more basic whistles

It’s been a year and a month already for me. Order confirmed on 9/24/21, and originally got scheduled for 10/24/22

Maybe yours, but we are talking about hybrid. So since he had hybrid and moved up and I was pushed he had to not have invertor, hitch, or tailgate lock. Or he was in front of me and got the last one or all of the three.. or perhaps the moon was in his quadrant?
HybridNiroGuy’s build is an Ecoboost not a hybrid.

Order 1/8/22 first schedule 9/26 > 10/3 > 10/17 > now 10/24. XLT, EB, FX4, 4K, full spare. This is crazy, but I really feel for the Hybrid guys, I wanted one but that door was already closed.

Now Ford is cramming to get all these builds in, "haste makes waste", I'm worried that what does get built will be slapped together with low build quality, I feel it in my bones. Intuition is telling me this was a bad idea. As a consumer I've never been so disrespected. My ole mule (F150) is about clapped out and this looked like a good idea at the time, but the poor disrespectful customer service and potentially poor build quality has done it in for me. I'll wait, and see. The good news is the flip option has never been stronger.

Your logic makes no sense. The assembly line workers assemble vehicles all day, every day. To them there is no difference between the last MY22 and the first MY23 or a truck someone has been waiting 15 months for or one that was just ordered last week.

Our feelings about Ford customer service and communication literally has zero bearing on the quality of any given vehicle built.

Thread TL;DR: All outstanding 2022 Maverick orders pushed to 11/14 and then balanced out.

Ordered Oct. 2021. Build dates started in August 2022, continual delays. Last scheduled date was Oct. 3 - Just got another email today - getting delayed with no dates given. I've had a VIN since July 17. Good luck on the 2023 orders...
Forgot to add - got the almighty Window Sticker 9/28 which is supposed to indicate all parts are available and ready to build. Now I don't even have an estimated build date anymore.

I'm in the same boat with my order. October 14th 21, got vin late July/early August. Production was initially August 8th, constant pushbacks to 11-14. You've got one up on me, I haven't gotten a window sticker yet. I actually had to buy another vehicle because I simply couldn't wait anymore. Still holding onto my order for now though.

I will wager any MY22 hybrids with VIN's not built by 1-31-23 will be rolled over to MY23 with the $2700 coupon, but they will be given build priority over the MY22 hybrids orders that were rolled over in September and not yet built. They will get priority 9.99 over the 10's. Of course, until hybrid constraint is reduced it may not matter much. SNAFU magnified!!

Feel for you all!!
