Went on fords military discount page awhile back and didn’t qualify since I’ve been out longer than 2 years.
I went on yesterday and put all my info in and verified through (id.me) and I now qualify for 1,000 off any ford purchase.
The catch is it must be used from July 1 to August 1. My truck is not scheduled until Aug. 29 but hopefully they will extend this offer for future months.
Glad to see ford made this change as other manufacturers do.

Just went on and verified my status and it says I do not qualify as it has been longer than 2 years since I've been discharged. Oh well, maybe they don't like Navy. :ROFLMAO:

I just punched my deets in again and got a message that I'm not eligible since I've been out more than two years (like 35 years  ).
No change from my perspective.

Can this military discount be applied at the time of ordering and get it locked in or is it only good when the vehicle is purchased?
Not sure, but like to know myself.

I was getting that message as well, but it worked this time for me. Keep trying. Maybe a different link perhaps.

I just checked on the Ford military discount page. For me (retired AF living in Ohio), the Ford military exclusive cash reward is $500, good through January 3, 2023.

Here was the confirmation email I received. I think it’s a new promotion they have. Saw it on a commercial

Ford keeps changing the military promotion but look very closely at the fine print. My salesman told me that there was a $1000 rebate for military, but I had already seen it -- it was only $500 on the Maverick, which he later confirmed. I know that Ford has a program for veterans as well, but I think it's actually different from the active (AD, Reserve, Guard) military rebate. Maybe?

Also, the military rebate does NOT stack with the Farm Bureau rebate, even though some people said that it does. When I called the Ford number for the farm rebate, the woman told me that it comes from the same promotional "family" which precludes using them both, even though the fine print on the military rebate said that it could be used with other promotions. I wasted $60 on the Farm Bureau membership, but I may be able to use some discounts elsewhere to recoup some of that.

If you are on Medicare, Farm Bureau has decent health care plans through Wellmark. We joined just for the health care plans, the Ford discount was a bonus for us.
Don't know what other 'benefits' their membership provides. . . . maybe I should check that out. . . :)

Thanks for the link, I’ve been out since 2011 and it qualified me for the discount.
Now for my Maverick to get here before the deadline… It’s supposed to deliver by the 27th…
