I think that should be part of the dealer training. Nobody wants to admit their brand new truck they just sold you might need a jump, but it happens. Being prepared for that solves a lot of problems.familiarize them selves with a jump start, to understand where the components are and the techniques required.
My son bought me one of these NOCO GB40 years ago and it has served me well. Hard to believe that little box will jump a car but it has started my Jeep once and our F450 V10 twice. No problem. We also use it at craft shows to power the Square tablet and credit card machine. For $99 buy one and put it under the rear seat. No more worries.
