It is my understanding that Dealer-Installed Options (DIO) include the cost of installation in the price which is then reimbursed back to the dealership. So if a dealer is actually charging a customer for installation on any of these they are actually double-dipping!
This is different than common Ford Accessories that are stocked, sold and installed by the dealership (i.e., not on the vehicle order to the factory).
