@Ford Motor Company THIS yes THIS. Why can't you create a read only web database that gets refreshed every night so that we can access this information ourselves. You might ask the poor folks at 800-334-4375 just how many phone calls and/or chat sessions they field every day that we could just look up ourselves.
They already do this for other vehicles - they show up under My Orders in your Ford Account. WHY can't they do this for the Maverick??? They've had 10 months to add Mavericks to this system.

@Ford Motor Company
Please put back the old email system. The consistent theme, throughout MANY threads on this entire forum, is the desire for Ford to provide more information. I have not seen any asking for less information. So why would Ford want to ‘help’ their customers by doing the opposite of their request?
@Ford Motor Company PLEASE help your customers. Many of them, like myself, that have been long time Ford customers and have sticking with Ford through these trying times.

All I can say is that I’m glad I found a hybrid XL with the spray in bed liner and hard top trifold tonneau cover in Velocity Blue that a customer couldn’t take delivery on due to medical problems.

Velocity Blue is the same color I ordered with my hybrid XLT with CP360 and the lux package on 15 October. The way Tim talks about his June and July orders with the Lux pkg and CP360 not being filled, makes me think I may have have to reorder for a 2023, or just keep and be satisfied with what I have.

Back to the grind! 😁
I suppose I have no choice now...Thanks Ford! 😒
My boss is usually the first to ask each Thursday if I got scheduled, but I am sure she will be happy its not a distraction anymore. 😂

This is worse!
I already have no hope for my order so if it does get scheduled I’ll get notified even Later!!!!
By the time I get a email I’ll already have bought something else!

Christ we need MORE COMMUNICATION not less,

a email saying your order should be scheduled in the next month is even better.
when I ordered mine in October I really thought I would be getting it around April…..

Dealer order # --32, Hybrid XLT 360. confirmed Sept. nothing from Ford since. Dealer order # --33, [10 minutes after order # --32]-- Eco. XLT, FX4, 360, 4K. Email yesterday, confirmed Built 3/29. What's the constraint again? Wanted the Hybrid first, and why it was ordered first, but the seemingly more complicated build is done and the Hybrid ? Nada! No logic to the process is easily found.
YOUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN BUILT
Dear ,
Great news! Your 2022 Maverick XLT has been built. We are performing some final inspections on your vehicle and getting it ready for shipment.
Our current estimate for delivery to --- Ford is between April 18, 2022 and April 24, 2022.
Undoubtedly, this is an exciting moment for you. We invite you to access a copy of your window label and check the status of your vehicle at any time by clicking the button below. We have included your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for your reference: Well, at least one is done!
It's called they make more profit on the XLT so that's why it gets built first.

So realistically we could get an email any day but for sure it will be weeks after the email we could have gotten if they left it alone? Don’t week scheduled emails come before day scheduled? This is a great idea.

@Ford Motor Company we want more communication not less. I'm only a January order holder but it seems as though a lot of people have been in it for the long run. Seeing as some Bronco orders haven't been fulfilled, I'm already getting antsy about it. As I am moving across the country towards the end of the year, I'd like a vehicle. As of now I'm researching Toyota Rav4s and liking what I'm seeing. Having an online database to search for my order status would be fantastic. I'm not throwing shade but rather trying to say, "I ordered a vehicle and I'm losing faith of getting one in time. More communication or ability to search would allow me to know expectations. Since everything feels like a shot in the dark, I am looking at alternatives so I am not stuck holding out for something that might not happen"

@Ford Motor Company

Wow, how inept can the Marketing staff be? I have heard no one complain about getting too many emails. The complaints have all been that not enough information is forthcoming.

Put the emails back the way they were, give us access to track our orders on the web, and provide more information not less. Some of us need to make plans to get rid of an older vehicle or find ways to make it limp along until we get our new Maverick; having some visibility helps us make decisions.

Hello All Current and Future Maverick Customers
We fully recognize there is a lot of interest and excitement about the Maverick. We are here to answer your questions and be as transparent with you as possible about any confusion in the ordering, scheduling, and production process. Rest-assured, our goal is to build as many Mavericks as we can and satisfy as many new Maverick customers as possible given global supply chain challenges. Thank you for your interest in Maverick and your patience during this process. Our goal is to build as many Mavericks as we can so you can get out there and enjoy the 2022 North American Truck of the Year!
@fordmotorcompany agree this is a terrible change. We are all wondering if we will even get a vehicle this year even though I have a July 8th order and now you give us an at least 2-6 week blackout period. You are not providing basic customer service and we will not forget when things go back to normal. Better too much information than not enough!
