Everyone should check their spam filters. That's where I found mine.

After I saw the subject line, I thought it was going to be a confirmation that my order had, you know, actually changed. I requested the removal of Co-Pilot 360 almost a month ago, but I have received nothing from either the dealership or Ford that reflects they actually adjusted my order.

Yes I just got the exact same email. It is just like the one I received on October 21st last year! I guess at least I know they still have my order!

ordered on July 14th, rapid red FE hybrid…

Yep, got it tonight. The update containing no update. No VIN, no confirmation of build or delivery date, no record under my ford account or my order, nothing. Ordered the XLT with only CoPilot 360 in mid September 2021. Embarrassing. Sad.

Sigh… my heart skipped a beat. Arrived at 9:02pm PDT. Hybrid First Edition, ordered 9/13. Checked my priority code on Tuesday and they said it was still 19. Sigh.

So far I have not received this email. XLT lux, Copilot 360, Moonroof. My order was submitted September 10, confirmed on the 11th. Initially scheduled for production April 18th, then rescheduled to the 11th, then rescheduled again back to the 18th.
It seems that most people getting this email haven't been scheduled yet. Those who's orders have already shipped and got the message, we'll, that makes no sense to me.

I was expected my usual Friday eve delay email. Didn’t get that either. So, good news, maybe?

I think this is hilarious, people have been whining incessantly about not getting communication from Ford and now that they have they're pissed off with the communication. This place is pure entertainment for me. I've been saying all along, what's an email going to do? How is it going to improve your situation? It's just more time Ford employees waste NOT doing things relevant to actually making vehicles, sourcing parts, fixing REAL problems.
I knew when I placed my order this was going to be a lesson in patience! That's why I never removed any things I really wanted from my Maverick. I got a letter from Ford indicating the production for my Maverick would be the week of 4/11, but I honestly didn't think I'd take delivery until this fall sometime. As of right now, I'm in this for the long haul!

One thing this whole process has taught me is that a lot of people live in “dark mode” all the time. Mind blown!

Yes indeed! I plan on keeping this thing a long time! I think some that removed lots of options in order to get it sooner are going to regret that in the long run. I know some removed items because their current vehicle is on its last leg, and needed it ASAP, but other than that, people should just be patient and get what they want.
