I've had my Hybrid Maverick for 3 months now and am thoroughly enjoying it. It has exceeded my expectations and with gas now over $4 a gallon here in Texas having the Hybrid is a major plus.

I still read and post in the forums even though I have my Maverick because of the many threads pointing out great add-ons (auto-dimming mirror, tailgate damper and replacement tie-down, dash-cam, etc) and answer questions from other posters that I can.

Yesterday at Home Depot in Lewisville TX I talked with a wife whose spouse has a hybrid build date soon. She was very excited to see an actual Maverick in person and we talked for about 15 minutes. It was great to see the enthusiasm that the Maverick brings.

What he said... lots of forum traffic for those who ordered and are awaiting news and are keeping up to date on other folks status. Once you have your truck interest will obviously fade for many unless they have a specific issue. That being said, the votes will obviouly be on the "awaiting delivery" side so kinda useless in my opinion.

I may not visit this site as often, now maybe only once a day! It is still very valuable for info about new products, tests, problems, & those of us who have theirs can post useful info that will help others. If not for this site I may never have even ordered a Maverick.

I find myself avoiding the "Where the F is my Maverick" threads, but definitely spending an equal amount of time here since I got mine. Addiction is a motherf*%$er!
