Hi All
I contacted my sales guy in Manchester NH and he said the spray in bed liner is holding it up as well as the bed hold downs, he said I could not remove it because it was part of the Lux package and we still want those options in our truck. He did not say I would have to change to 2023 and wait for next year so I will keep the fingers crossed. Thanks for this site for all the info you put out.
Cyber orange, Tow pkg xlt lux ,floor liners, 2.0 eco boost, No 360 or any other stuff

Who at Chapman did you talk with? I am working with Ed Simpson and he was aware of the email and worked with me to remove CP360 from my XL Hybrid yesterday. I didn't have any other options on the constraint list, and only the power inverter, floor mats, tow hitch and moon roof in addition. My priority code went from 10 to 19 however - not sure what that means, but I asked him about it and he said the retail order team "know how to use the system to optimize the tool to get everything built as fast as possible". Hoping with a simple build and nothing on constraint list that my late October order will get built this year.
I ordered from Horsham. Ashlie specifically is my contact person - she is great, but I just feel like I get conflicting info, and perhaps she truly didn't receive the email or hasn't heard/checked. I emailed today specifically asking to remove the bed extender.

I would encourage everyone to watch @fordvideoguy ’s latest video. He addresses this email. Yes first additions will be made. Yes they can make changes if its priority 2, they just have to make it a priority 10, adjust it, save it, and call the region manager to put it back to a 2 after the changes regarding the constraints were removed.

do your research (watch the video) then call your dealer and make the changes. It’s very likely the sales guy doesn’t know these details and is more of a fast talker that will speak before he knows. You likely will need to address these things with the sales manager or someone else in management , as the sales person won’t have direct knowledge or contact with the region.
I second this post. @fordvideoguy covered all apects of the memo and relayed feedback he got from the regional sales manager. His E28 YT live stream also covered June/July hangups, Ford's Price Protection program, and the above mentioned Lead to Order Summary options.

Does anyone know how fleet trucks factor into this? I mean, I saw a post where a dealer had a line of fleet Mavericks waiting for their new owner. I assume the appeal of the Maverick fleet vehicle is the price and fuel efficiency, making the hybrid the most likely powertrain. How many Mavericks are being built for fleet orders and how is Ford prioritizing them vs retail orders to individuals? There could be thousands of vehicles hiding in this black hole of production #s...

I'm glad I decided not to place an order but rather extensively search what dealers had on their lots in Nov 21. I was willing to drive 500 miles but only had to drive 43.
You are smarter than most of us :)

The combination of incredibly strong retail order demand and unprecedented supply chain issues has created a number of capacity constraints that have disrupted our ability to schedule many customer’s retail orders for production. We recognize this has caused frustration for our customers and we are working very hard to find solutions to get their vehicles to them as quickly as possible. We will only build stock units in the event that orders are not able to be built due to constraints.

I watched the stream that night as well, but didn't really hear anything new that wasn't in the memo.

I don't know if I'd consider the almost 80k that will most likely be produced as "so few". Consider that to this point they've already made roughly 35,000 Mavericks, most owners aren't members here

I ordered an XLT Luxury package without CP360. If they are telling me to drop the Lux and telling the guy with Lux and 360 to just drop the 360, then that guy is getting my Lux package. I ordered in August, so why would I drop it to help some other guy?
One thing that confuses me: Based on what the memo recommends, is CP360 NOT a constraint when combined with XLT Luxury package? The wording on points #6 and #7 is very specific...

I have a November order Hybrid XLT + CP360. Just wondering if I should take 360 off to increase my chances of getting a 2022 Mav?

I personally wouldn't drop anything, plenty of people are going to drop a lot of stuff but why compromise what you want?

Your dealer can ask for your order "back" which takes out of P2, then you can make any changes you want. Another way is for your dealer to contact the Regional Manager and request your changes.
Found out that's NOT an option, at least that's what my dealer told, because my order date will change too the day I changed it and I'm 4 or 5 in line and will loose my spot, is how they put it...This dealership don't got any alocations apparently. Honestly Idk what to do other then play the waiting game we have been playing with Ford lol but I just put more money down on my old truck I think I can make it lol 😆

@fordvideoguy has a fleet sale from a business for 50 hybrids. He indicated they are not a priority 10.

I've seen a handful of XL and XLT hybrids at one of my local dealerships for the big city Coca Cola distributor. The local fleet manager envisions hundreds of white MY23's will pass through his lot next year. Based on the window stickers I keep with in Missouri I'd say retail and stock orders are about the same.

Edit: I stand corrected and deleting the fleet sale as a stock order presumption since their window stickers are both blue. Props to @fordvideoguy for the correct information.

I believe that fleet vehicles are put into mix with the retail units.
