I keep my bounty in there.
I think you can attach your phone to the truck and do hands free calling through the truck. I believe theres a button on the steering wheel for this. The empty cubby was driving me nuts so I installed a cell phone holder in it. Had to make some minor adjustments to it but I like it. Hopefully will also dissuade me from texting while driving. link below if anyone interested.![]()
Man, you aren't kidding. There are no simple measurements to work with.Nothing at the moment. Just got finished using some recent measurements and a semi-successful test plate to model this though.

I think I got it down now, though its hard to tell (I've said it twice and I'll say it another hundred times, the guy who specced the dash cubby out was a jerk).
Just need to figure out how to easily print a tab that will slot into that screw hole at the bottom (I'm wondering if the best solution is make this a double print and make a separate 'rivet' that goes into a hole in the bottom), verify fit, and then I can start designing a bunch of different stuff to go in there (I want a coin cubby with a FITS slot on the front, and someone else said they wanted a USB rack).
That plate fits really well. Nice job.
Buy a roll of kitchen drawer rubber matt, and cut the size you need.Anyone know where I can get rubber mat that goes inside the cubby? For some reason, my Maverick didn't come with one.
Once you've perfected it, please do share the dimensions. Those of us who have 3+ more months to wait need something to do.Nothing at the moment. Just got finished using some recent measurements and a semi-successful test plate to model this though.

Mine has my garage door opener. I took some duct tape and taped it on the botten so it wouldn't slide out. It sits far enough back that you don't really notice it unless you're looking for it.
