Kicker 200.4 w/B&O

hello i just installed a kicker key 200.4 inline of the output wires for my front doors/tweeters i am running it in biamp and have the tweeters ran to channels 1&2 and the woofers 3 and 4. new speakers and everything, i have sound but it is so bad quality there is no lows or mids only harsh highs playing from my speakers. ive tried everything i know to work and sounds horrible anyone come across this? component set is hertz mpk165.3 pro. and yes ive done to auto setup and no difference audio quality is just horrible.

Did you adjust the amp1/amp2 gain on the 200.4 with the pink noise per the manual?

I was playing with the dip switches and got decent quality playing now but highs are harsh, I'm unable to do autosteup as the mic when I plug it in the amp goes in prt mode and the mic button does nothing
