In your sealed system, what vents the can to allow draining?

The sealed can is "vented" back to the intake tract. The drains is a pre-stalled hose on the bottom, super easy to drain.

Received my catch can yesterday, had it installed in 10 minutes. Like the look and placement of the can, looks like it came from the factory.

Looks like the can is tilted. Not that it matters but the stock photos look like the top is level. Is it a lens illusion?

The can sits level and flush to the back of the head light housing.

Got my can BUT cannot get the hose off!

EDIT: I was reminded by The Weatherman about cutting the old hose off! So I did just that. I was expecting a rubber hose under the plastic. Not so. The hose is plastic and looks like a plastic hose protector. I sliced about 3/4" down and away from the connector. It came right off.

If you look back up the thread, I think you’ll see where it is recommended to cut it off. Something about the the type of connector Ford used.

The can, hoses and connectors are high quality. Installed it looks OEM. I was an easy job.

I ordered this; https://www.ebay.com/itm/254933650275

just to have a replacement part for what I removed.

I can't wait to see what drains out of the can.

Ordered my can a few days ago. After reading through the thread, I'm excited to get my can and install it.

Quick question though, with this being a completely enclosed system, what is the expected lifespan until the can will need to be replaced? Or is this one of those, "it will last longer than the truck itself" type deals? Just curious.

Most of the other cans on the market let you unscrew the bottom portion and rag clean/wash as needed.

Also a special shoutout to Buschur. Had to call in because I wasn't sure if my order went through or not and spoke with David on the phone. Super nice guy and always glad to support US made products and small businesses.
