New owner: ‘26 in *that* color

Hi. New to the forum, and new to the platform. I just took delivery of my ‘26 XL AWD hybrid. I went with the most polarizing color. I apologize for triggering half of the Mav owners here.

Plans so far: tint, lower, wheels (maybe Lobo?)

I have the “this trip” mileage turned on and I haven’t been below 40 yet. Really enjoying the improved mileage compared to the Ecoboost Flex Limited that this replaces.

Hell yes. Love it.

I think it would really benefit from a black vinyl wrap between the front and back windows like the XLT trims and above have.

I love the Robins Egg Blue but I would black out the ski slope under the head lights. Makes the front look more cohesive.

Nice color to my eye... I like it better then the Eruption Green that so many are so crazy about. Personal taste, I guess.

I appreciate that color on a Ford. On a Ferrari, not so much

If I were buying a 2026 it would be that color. 2 reasons. First it reminds me of the 60s Galaxies. Second it's not a shade of gray , white, or black. And I own a black car but don;t like black trucks.

I’m with you. And I’ll never daily a black car again. Been there, done that. It sucks.
And, if I get the urge to drive a black car, I’ll wait until a nice day and grab this out of the garage.

Hello and welcome to MTC. Congratulations on your new Maverick. Not a big fan of the color but that's what makes the world go round. Whatever floats your boat. Unlike majority I appreciate and respect diversity even if it's just in color. Enjoy your new truck, hopefully for many years. Yep that extra fuel economy is nice but even greater with gas prices skyrocketing right now.

I'd have preferred Grabber, which as we know, isn't an option. This was the most interesting color I could find in stock. I had been considering an orange one until I saw one in traffic and was underwhelmed. (sorry, orange owners!)

My co-workers are much like 'the thread' on this color and are evenly split. All of them are impressed with the mileage and overall look of the truck.
