Hey all. I wanted to weigh in on this. I did a homebrew kit for mine
Ford Maverick HRG Offroad 1.5" lift kit + 245/70R17 Toyo Open Country A/T III tires on 2023 Maverick Tremor 20260323_125631
, but I did use components from HRG, and I must say....CLASS ACT! They really know their stuff. I ended up going up about 1.75" in the front and nothing in the rear. For some reason, this thing came with a really high rear end from the factory, even when compared to others on the lot. I did my own spacer kit to account for that, and I'm glad I did. It sits about dead level now. I used HRG for their adjustable camber bolts and their ABS wire relocation brackets. Even those components were of quality. The reason I wanted to chime in here is because of what you all were saying about the dealership. I am super nervous! I took the truck into Firestone after the lift to mount the tires and do a four-wheel alignment (an absolute must) this weekend. Not happy with them, but that's another story. They told me that they couldn't do the alignment because the truck was too new! They don't have the correct specs in their system. I said, "Hey, it's the same as a 2025 hybrid, just use those specs". To which they replied, "Well, we don't have those either". Then they told me I should take it to the dealer to have them do it.....

Anyway....off to the dealership today to have them do it. We will see what they say. I talked to my commercial fleet salesman beforehand, and he reassured me that they won't take any notes that would void my warranty in the future or anything. He knew my plan was to level/lift it right off the bat, so we had already talked about it. I will report back afterward. My two questions for them are, can they adjust the camber bolts even though they are not a factory part? And can they reset the computer to reflect the new tire size? (I'm on 245 70 17s now). Hopefully, I will come back with answers to both questions.

I'll keep that lift in mind. Will probably go to 245-65r17 if and when the oem's are shot.

Hey all! I wanted to follow up on this because I said I would. After the Ford dealer was done with my truck, I learned a couple of things. First, is that they did not care at all about the lift. In fact, the service manager said, "I like the way that sits, it looks good." They also did a factory recall (something about the tow/haul setting in the computer) for free while I was there. The second thing is that I asked if they could adjust the computer to display the correct data for the new tire size. She told me that they couldn't do that because they didn't have the FORSCAN tool.....I thought that was kind of odd. They obviously had to hook it up to something to fix the recall thing. But that wouldn't allow them to change the tire size setting? I was happy they weren't concerned about the lift, so I didn't press the issue. I guess I assumed that since the Tremor model comes with a larger tire size, they would be able to adjust that setting....Guess I was wrong!

Looks really cool with the lift. If you start hearing clicking noises at the wheel when going around corners, be sure to remove the lift kit before taking it to the dealer for warranty work. :like:
The dealer replaced both of my front axels on 22 with 55k, 2" RC strut lift, and 265/65s. At 57k... I think some people worry too much about the details, or work with a horrible dealer.
