There are many reporting no issues with little driving and cold winter temps even. Not afraid it will happen again? I was under the impression it is a model / use issue. Not a truck-by-truck issue.
Those that are in warmer climates even have no issues with low voltage being maintained fine.
I'm thinking a sensor issue outside the known reasons several mentioned that understandably would cause an issue.
And charging strategy despite it seeing low volts. Perhaps related to the Relearn accuracy.
If truck logs show what it thinks is about equal discharge and charging - and yet the battery voltage slowly is decreasing over time - it's wrong on one of those values obviously.
Only 1 battery sensor in there getting the readings.
Same sensor used on Relearn for values used is calc's going forward.
Not an expensive sensor.
I'd like others with decreasing voltage or no issues to look at those PID's for cumulative charge and discharge - are they holding about equal?
