Took my year old MY24 Lariat hybrid in today for three things:
Battery Saver issues for the past few months
Oil change
Lumbar support not working for months
Results:
Oil change completed
New battery and BMS reset (guess I'll see them next year for another)
Can not duplicate - lumbar support operating normally
According to the tech, the lumbar support likely stops working when the battery has a low state of charge, and he didn't test it until after he had already replaced the battery.
Since I didn't see this elsewhere, thought I'd share for anyone else suddenly losing their lumbar support function.
