No news, tracker still shows ETA 12/14, dealer still says 12/8 - 12/14 but my dealer only gives me updates on Fridays. I'm not sure it's even been shipped. Still no built or shipped email from Ford.

I just spoke with my salesperson in Columbus, OH, and he indicated he was taking delivery of the dealership's first Hybrid (XLT) tomorrow.

Hybrids have shown-up as in transit to dealers all over Central Ohio for a few weeks now. So, it wouldn't surprise me if tomorrow IS Ford's official Hybrid Maverick 1st delivery day all over the U.S.

Just got off the phone with Ford. Nice Lady, she did confirm my Maverick is indeed still at the factory, but couldn't give me an estimated shipping window. She did say the December 14 delivery shown in the tracker is not going to happen. LOL

I'm curious how much time the dealer needs (on average) to inspect for transport damage, do the final prep and shine the vehicle all up before the customer comes in.
@fordvideoguy any insight? And while I'm sure it's rare, how often is there any damage that would need bodywork/paint or such that could really impact the time between delivery to the dealership and sale to the customer?

My Maverick Hybrid is at the Dallas (Mesquite) Intermodal Terminal waiting on a vehicle carrier to take it to the dealership in Frisco TX 36 miles away.

On Dec 7th at 9:26 PM ET the train has arrived at the final train destination: the Dallas Yard (Mesquite TX).
