Ecoboost with that new kit turbo from the Mustang that Ford is offering. But make it come from the factory. And throw in the handsome front grill from the Bronco Sport.

I'm on a different page, the 2.5 is the GOAT hybrid motor, don't mess with it, HF55, looking to be the GOAT Ford hybrid transmission with several gens of improvement. But, we can has more powahhh

Particularly if we slide 10kWh battery up each side of the bed and make that gaping void useful, add plugin and arrange maximum amps under all conditions that the HF55 can use. Result, total to the road output somewhere around 250HP equivalent, and pure electric driving in a stout mid hundreds.

V2L etc options from a decently stout inverter, like 3kW+

Then add in Tremor/Lobo back axle and ALL the drive modes.

Bump towing to 5k with 600lb on the hook. (It'll have the power and the weight for control got up by a few pounds so the only thing stopping this is lost Ranger sales not lack of possibility.)

3 mode air suspension control. Fails to normal ride height, system on low, cranks it down to Lobo height, maybe a scooch lower since there's all those worst cases you don't have to handle. System set to high, goes to Tremor height.

And oh yeah, the center console thing is 2" too low for me to lean an arm on.

Sirius delete option, it's annoyingly in the way when you don't want it.

Hard points on top of the bed sides, make it easier to add rails, racks, tiedowns on top.

My dream Maverick?
220-250PH combined output Plug-in Hybrid, with the solid reliable eCVT. 30 mile EV range. No clunky automatic transmission. NA engine, no turbo for the love of all that is good, this isn't a diesel. Heat pump to control cabin and battery temperature, rather than the current clunky system.

5ft Bed. Current cab size is fine, but it would be nice if it was designed so the rear seat could be folded down or removed completely for a flat floor. This would provide better dry storage if so desired, and mounting points for tie downs to secure stuff back there too.

I'm a simple creature. I just want my 24' in a plug in hybrid w/ 50 mile electric range and FWD.
I like the 24 over the 25 mainly because of the smaller infotainment screen and more physical buttons.

A hybrid version of the Tremor (or bring back an FX4 option for lower trims include hybrid.)

Plugin hybrid that keeps all of the current capability (4k tow, AWD ect) 30 miles of range is adequate.

Standard Ford “Select Shift” on all models - even Hybrid. You don’t need to use it, but is nice to have it like all the other Ford trucks!

But leave the “Quick Shift” seven speed on the Lobo.

Bigger HV battery, tachometer, pass through to bed, 6' bed, hand brake, latching driving modes, yeah intuitive buttons, SuperCab, electrical test points for system diagnostics and a nicer cover under the engine.

all that is great, I'd of course add a 6' bed with only a storage space behind the front seats instead of a second row of seats. I know this would be an unpopular option/model since pickups are now just passenger cars, and the bed gets in the way and goes unused in most cases.

I'd love to see a Tremor with 4k Tow as an option, and the 2.3L to become the Ecoboost option permanently.

Yes, a hybrid version of the Tremor would make my day. Please, take my money!
