Other than the mechanical and Sync improvements on both the EB and hybrids for '25. Ford has only decontented the Maverick while increasing the price every year. Cruise control standard starting on the '23XL's is the only exception. I think your '23 is the sweet spot before much decontenting really got going. Just look at it over the years: auto up/dn windows restricted, folding rear seat armrest gone on XLT, keypad gone, heated wiper park, real leather steering wheel cover, digital temperature controls, physical HVAC controls, spare tire limited, passenger seat six way adjustment on Lariat, and probably more I forgot or don't know about. I think the XL is the only trim not actually decontented, but after '22 is color limited with no moon roof or rear sliding window availability. For the money, I would keep what you've have until you get your value out of it. If it's warranty you're worried about, an extended is a whole lot cheaper than trading up. Especially when considering all taxes involved and higher insurance rates. All this being said, an unusually good deal as @710-oil-614 and others discussed could make it worthwhile if you want/accept the new features.
