Yeah closest one to me is a few states away but still if you were looking for a Tremor that is what you should go grab.

Yes 2025 some goodies but not worth $8-10k.
I like the 2025 front end, but a 2024 brand new Lariat Tremor for the lows 30's closed the deal. IDC for the 2025 interior tho

It’s actually a great time to buy a Maverick because of that choice due to the long 2024 stop sale - buyers have a choice between both models even today although 2024s become less available by the day.

I had a 2023 XLT (lux pkg) Tremor that I loved the capability and overall ride of it - it didn’t feel like a $35k truck (I only paid 31,300 w private offers and X plan but sticker was $35) and the fuel economy was decent but I could pull myself to run less than 93. So I sold it for $34,800.

I got my AWD Hybrid 4K tow for $38,300 and for that difference I feel like the improvements in towing and hauling plus the overall interior and features in the Lariat made it well worth it and the new screens and sync 4 make it feel much nicer to me.

Was originally leaning towards XLT with lux and 4k package. Then after seeing how much more you get for just another 3K it was more than worth it. The same features on a new F-150 would have you north of 60k.

This is a Ford dealer video, lol. Their whole job is to upsell. Meanwhile I'm looking at trading down into a '22 XL AWD 4KT for 22k. I'm too busy (lazy) to make the trade and redo my build, but it would be nice to have AWD 4KT.

Yes. But I think if they start regularly pushing $40K, they need to offer it as a Platinum trim with a few more features to justify the cost to most people. Luxury doesn't have to mean size.

I downsized from a 2023 Silverado LTZ. It had some nice features that I wanted to duplicate in my Maverick. The Lariat got me about 90% of the way there.

I've had my Lariat for about 4 weeks. So far, the main thing I miss most is the vented seats. Another thing I miss is the "rear seat storage". This is two storage compartments within the rear seat backs. Great for storing tiedown straps and jumper cables.

When I was shopping around for a smaller truck, I looked at several other makes and models. I compared features and prices. In the end, I felt the Maverick Lariat had the most "creature comforts" at a reasonable price point. AND it has the AWD Hybrid engine.
The back seat flips up and there is storage. It's not a ton, but would definitely fit tie downs and Jumper cables

For me it was. I got a great deal at the end of the "Employee Pricing" promo they had in June/July. I just picked it up two days ago. I got the Lariat, 4K Tow and Blackout edition. My daughter bought a 24 XLT and to me the difference between them was too good to pass up. The black interior looks great; I love the bigger screen. Wireless charging, better stereo etc. all add up. It was 39k before tax and tag, which I won't count in the price because you can't get away from that.

Correct. The seat back compartment I'm referring to is extra storage in addition to under seat storage. It was really convenient for things I use frequently, tie down straps and bungie cords.

I bought a 22 fully loaded Lariat (see signature). 4% under invoice (Chapman deal). It was definitely worth it. I don't have the price in front of me - I think 31K plus tax.

I sold it earlier this year as part of my interstate "downsizing" effort (had 4 cars plus tractor plus trailer plus ... ) Sold the Maverick as it was an easy sell (Carvana, good demand) and because it was almost out of warranty and because no AWD/4WD.

I miss it. Now that my move is done I am looking to further consolidate and to have a vehicle w/low mileage and warranty. I have a 15 F150 + 21 Bronco Sport Badlands + a classic (94 Camaro Z28) - a Maverick to replace the F150 and BS BL might do the trick. BUT, configuring a 26 w/similar options as my 22 (but also 4K tow and AWD as I want to replace vehicles w/AWD/4WD and be able to tow - much less than the F150 but still) puts me at a $42.7K sticker (plus doc fees and taxes).

This jump in price is enough to make me think - seriously - as to whether is the best choice, and enough to make me either a) look at alternatives (which I am doing) or b) do nothing.

I've bought vehicles from various makers, I am not tied to one brand. Having said that, my last three purchases have been from Ford, so if I go elsewhere I would put that in the category of a lost loyal customer.

All new truck models are grossly over priced...! Regarding the question about the Maverick trucks... Priced to high but a good value compared to other trucks. I sold my 2020 F150 and yes I purchased a 2025 Lariat AWD Hybrid with 4K tow. Now at 7 months & 6K mile and Loving it.

I'm happy with mine. My other vehicle is an Infiniti and the Lariat has most of the convenience features I like. I don't use the ACC but will at some point. I have used the back window several times to carry long items that would have been a pain to secure in the bed. Just cleaned the seats after carrying some dusty tile boxes and they clean up fast and easy.

I say, YES it is! My Maverick Lariat, Hybrid AWD, with 4K Towing cost about the same as my wife's Rav4 Hybrid, and I have had way fewer problems with my Maverick, it is way more useful, has more stable wireless Android Auto, and I feel it drives and handles better too. While I admit the Rav4 AWD does get better MPGs, the transition from EV to Hybrid mode is much more noticeable, and I find it very annoying. I try to steer her towards taking the Maverick anytime we go somewhere because they darned Rav4 is so annoying!!!
