I have a 2025 Hybrid Lariat and it’s making this same rattle/creak sound. Has anyone had any luck with the dealer fixing the issue?

Just got back from the dealer. It’s the electronic brake booster. They just ordered the part to replace.
My 25 Lobo is in for service this morning for this same issue. It started at 4,100 miles and was driving me crazy so I stopped by the dealer and made an appt. Have since read all these similar posts of the same issue/same noise. Coincidentally, a fuse blew at that same time that controlled my GPS (replaced fuse 11 in the cab and that was resolved). I’m thinking some electronic gremlin may have started this all, but the brake noise is driving me crazy. Funny to now see that Ford has a large recall on the EBB for F150 models…. Will post once the dealer gets back to me.

I'll be curious to see what the dealer said. I have to schedule an appointment for the very same brake noise.
Dealership confirmed my suspicion, it was an EBB failure. They are ordering a new one but giving me back the truck while they wait for it to arrive and schedule the install.

Of course, the pin will probably be a one-time use only item, and the rod made of plastic so the pin hole breaks on removal, and let's see, what else...

My 25 had the same problem. Dealer replaced the electronic brake booster. Problem solved.
