Has anyone noticed a performance or MPG improvement using the 91/93 octane gas in their stock 2.0 EB?

On my Eco, 2 mpg gain with
93 octane NON Ethanol but that does not offset the higher per gallon cost.

So now basically I’m driving my Ecoboost like it wants to be driven, In The Power Band just above grandpa style and I’m getting 27 mpg.
I’m good.

Just about ready to fill mine up for the first time. I think I'll be somewhere around 25+ mpg.

So far 3 tanks worth of gas on my Lariat ECO. All city miles. Onboard gauge says 24.7 mpg using regular. My first road trip is next week Boise to Reno 422 miles. Will I make it on a full tank is my goal.

The 2.0 ecoboost engine is mapped to 91 octane. So to achieve the full 250hp rating you need to use 91 octane.

Using 87 will result in approximately a 10% reduction in power from the stated 250hp.

For city driving, I get 2 mpg more with 91 octane. For highway driving, very little difference.
