If had to replace my Maverick today, I think I'd buy a 2025 Mav with the same specs as my current hybrid plus (maybe) AWD. That's based on current pricing, which I think still represents good value relative to the market.

The Maverick isn't perfect, but it suits me fine. I got over expecting perfection in anything in this life a long time ago.

I love my Maverick... but if ordering my MY2024 again, it would have been Azure Blue, I would have paid again for alloys to get those 1st Edition Wheels (still the nicest alloys on a Maverick > 17".. in 17" The Tremor wheels are very nice) to replace the BAP Wheels (I'd still get BAP... sorry, just can't live with those non bap interior color combinations...still), and I would have splurged on the protective film as Maverick paint chips just under heavy breathing... Lordy, that was a run-on sentence.... my bad folks...

It is funny that I ordered BAP and have replaced the allo, painted the mirror caps HPR, and have this cloth tremor interior that I picked up cheap (probably will just sell it... the ActiveX hasn't burned us here in the Sonoran Desert as much as we thought)

This is a thought provoking question. I knew from the start this was an inexpensive vehicle, built with low-end features and materials. Such as exposed edges of stamped steel panels in the engine bay, with no seals to prevent dust intrusion. Cheap plastics abound in the cabin. Wonky electronics, quirky engine behavior on some versions. The list can go on. On the flip side, a strong ecoboost engine, fairly comfortable ride charecteristics, stable ride quality when loaded. It certainly fits my needs as a work truck. I have less than 7000 miles in two years of driving, so long-term qulity is not known. Mine has been trouble free so far. Glad I did not want a hybrid. The many price increases the Mav has seen would make me question gettiing another one. It is not the bargain it once was. It would be a hard choice.

I got my first Maverick in October of 2023. It was a dealer demo XL. I had a 2023 XLT on order, but had no idea if I’d ever get it.

My 2023 HPR XLT finally arrived and I was excited. Almost two years and 6,000 miles later, I am disappointed in my little truck. Deep sleep, backup cam, interior scratches that make it look older than my 2018 model S and the list goes on.

If it wasn’t covered by a $0 deductible warranty until 2033, I’d probably be getting rid of it. I might get rid of it anyway. I can’t imagine ever recommending buying one to a friend.

Bottom line. I would not buy another Maverick.
I bought the 2022 Maverick Ecoboost XLT AWD, have 26,000 miles on it, no problems whatsoever. This truck does everything I need it for. I'd buy one again.

Absolutely! Mine has been bulletproof for going on 3 years, 50K miles, and I don't baby it. It plays the value card better than any vehicle I've had, over 40 years, 20+ vehicles.

I usually don't keep cars too long, but I think I'm gonna see how long I can keep this Mav running... 🤠

100% would buy again. Early adopter. 2022 Ecoboost. Took delivery October 2021 and never looked back. Haven't taken in for all the recalls yet, but then again, I haven't had any problem with the stated problems. Daily use for me and I use detachable ladder racks for hauling materials for work that I do around the house. For $25k including 10 year, 100,000 bumper-to-bumper it's a steal considering truck prices. 28 mpg average.

A lot of these responses say they will not buy another Mav because the price has gone up?????
Show me something, (car,truck, whatever),
that has not had a price increase, and not just tariff related. Thats the way it works.
24 xlt hybrid, I would buy another , just hoping I don't have to. Loving my Mav.

Since I keep my vehicles 15-20 years there will probably be something else besides another maverick if and when I buy new again. Having said that iam happy with my 23 ecoboost.
