As you seem to be interested only in Ecoboost engine I can give my 2 cents about turbo longevity.
On my 2013 Focus ST, of which I am the original owner, I change oil myself as close to 5000 miles as I can, never going over 6000 miles. The turbo is original with me only having to adjust its wastegate position because of a CEL at 287,000 miles. The car now has 313,000 miles and still going strong with that original turbo.
2023 Maverick Tremor is getting the same 5000 mile oil change interval with 6000 miles being the absolute maximum if I can't do to it as close to 5000 miles as possible.
