Wife and kids leave this afternoon and won't be home until Sunday. I have to power wash the salt and winter road grime out of my garage, do my first oil change, and then I might sit down and start diddling around to see what can be done.

I'm sure the 2025s will be just as easy to work in as there is already a wealth of Sync 4/Forscan knowledge out there.
Cal, I’m a 2025 Hybrid Lariat AWD owner too, but total Forscan newb. I greatly look forward to what you discover!

Im so happy mine doesnt have that cant stand it I considered standard old cruise control a "upgrade". I went from not having it to having it.... hated it for 5 years now dont have it all is well again.
I've heard complaints about Toyotas version, which one did you have?

My Maverick adaptive cruise/lane centering is near flawless.

Just took an 18-hour round trip last week and it was a godsend.

I'm not a newb but I am far from an expert.

Forscan is super easy to work with and very easy to unwind the changes you've made by re-loading your as built file (or saving all of your modules before making any changes).

I'll probably make the small changes this weekend that are easy to do and then rely on others to make the more significant changes.

I can confirm that Forscan is working on the 2025s. I backed up all of the factory settings. I did switch the EQ to flat, the audio was really bad after the change. I will measure the output before and after when I have time. I used the same address as the Bronco.

EQ Setting, 01 is On, 00 should be Flat or Off.

Any chance we can add re-circ button to the display like the Canadian ones?

Wait…my 2025 has that recirculation button and I’m not in Canada (in Southern California, to be precise)

Ahh now I'm throughougly confused. What trim did you get? And if XLT did you get the tech/cold weather package ?

I have an XLT with the luxury package (with the heated seats and all that) and co-pilot 360

Nah unfortunately you get adaptive cruise that is it. I also cannot stand the adaptive cruise feature and it was a major reason I went XLT+Lux for my Tremor and then added Lane Keep Assist via Forscan and kept my standard cruise.

But I wanted to be fancy with my Lariat.
You absolutely can turn off adaptive cruise. You must go into driver settings (forgot the menu) and select "normal cruise control" or some such. There are two options - just select the other one.

Trade it in for a Lariat.....

You can't "add" lane centering through Forscan only.
My '23 XLT has adaptive cruise and lane centering FYI. I drive 350-400 mile round trips and use a 1 lb ankle weight to go hands free. It's a huge help when I'm driving at 3am.

You need Forscan to add it

My XLT with luxury package has the recirculate button too. My screen looks just like the ‘Canadian’ screen. I’m in MN

Your 23 XLT does not have lane centering.

does anyone know if the white engine indicator on the hybrid models can be changed? Its on the lefthand part of the display where it shows whether you are on electric or engine. The battery symbol changes from blue to green, depending if its charging or running on electric. The engine indicator changes from dim white to bright white depending on whether you are on electric or engine. It would be nice to just glance down and not have to determine whether its dim white or bright white.

Oh they all suck I just hate the deal that if you're going along in traffic and you're having a discussion, talking with friends/family, listening to music or a pod cast that inevitably im going 65-70.. you're paying attention to the road.. You set your cruise at 72 (in a 70)your going along and look down and you're all of a sudden stealthy like going 61 in a 70 because the 3 cars ahead of you are 82 year olds going to the state park at their leisure.

i almost always turn ACC OFF and if i had a choice id do away with it all together I far far far(with that repeating line over it as in the goes on forever point) seem to find myself going way too slow and dont even realize it.. I like the old kind wher when youre coming up on some traffic youre getting close enough you say.. hey these idiots are going 10 MPH under the limit and just go to passing lane.. not merge right in and then 10 miles down the road realize hey..im going 10 mph slow..HATE it..

There isnt a single person in the family that likes it... like auto start/stop I always want stuff like that to be on cars as a OPTION not the default... let me switch ACC or auto start stop on..IF I want..
