I agree with you. This seems like a downgrade from what the pre-2025 kit has. Easier to install, for sure. But a loss of functionality.

So I am guessing from this description that the fog lights will be on with the DRLs since they are the low beam headlamps? Just seems a little odd to have them on in that use case…

What do these look like when just the DRLs are on (with the switch set to “Auto”)? All the video clips and images just seem to show parking lights or full headlights on. Wondering if the fogs will basically be on all the time during the daytime…

I guess it's worth a try. I've seemed to know more about this truck and what is happening than they do every time I talk to them, though. They've been really nice but haven't given me a bit more info (and usually a lot less) than just the Ford Chat and tracker website give.

I’m in the same boat and checked with the Ford chat a few days ago who just said it was still listed as “in production” with no other details or updates. Like I said on another thread…glad to see I’m not alone, I guess.

How can you tell if your order is “previewing?”

Not the OP but I’m really considering getting these same fog lights when my Maverick arrives. Honestly, Forscan sounds like a colossal PITA that I’d rather avoid so I’ll be considering some kind of switch setup like what’s shown here.

Check out the earlier posts/pages in this same thread. There is no scheduling for Mavericks this week for “dressing period.”
