Ford Maverick turn signal recall issued again

Found this while searching the 'Net for camera recall news -

It sounds like a very small amount of trucks are under this recall - 1800 in U.S., 200 in Canada

This story was posted within the past hour, but I couldn't find anything on the MTC search about this, so sorry if it's a repost. Don't know if this is the BCM recall that everyone was talking about earlier in the week, that people thought was the camera recall.

Waiting for the....
Turn signals...back in the day, we didn't need turn signals.
We used hand signals. They should be able to sell cars without working signals. Just sign a waiver.

Turn signals who needs them, hell 75% of drivers on the road today don't even use them. I think they're not even smart enough to know where the hell the levers at, I mean look how many threads are started asking what the button is for the rear high mounted bed lights bed lights.

Give it time, Automatic Blinkers will be the next feature added to modern vehicles.

I appreciate your honesty. Personally I'm happy to see them fixing the issues via recall and not just deciding it's worth the bad press to leave them unfixed.

Bruh.....we all bought a Ford. They are world renowned for spending more on recalls and warranty work than any other automotive manufacturer. This ain't a new thing either it has been going on for years so don't tell us it took you by surprise.

Ford spent $4.6 BILLION on recall and warranty work in 2024. You don't hit that fucking target without trying.

With ALL of this Computer-Sh!t in Vehicles today. What DO you expect!!.

AND then!!! You ALL complain when some of us, talk about the "OLD DAYS"
When WE had NONE of this Sh!t...

The latest recall 25C04, is a "Correction" of the 23V848 recall.
23V848 = was to correct a malfunction of the "Your Taillight is Out" warning..
25C04 = is to properly correct the 23V848 recall.
Only affects 1,635 vehicles, that were made from "July 27th, 2021, to November 16th, 2023".

And these are ALL "Software" updates....

I just checked for "Blu's" VIN and he does not have this recall...
The three recalls he has..
1) 23V848 = Your Tailight is Out.
2) 24V293 = The Taillight is Out...
3) 24V684 = Rear Camera, (which I fixed by rebooting the Info system) problem=Solved!!

Turn signals? Who the heck uses them? Ha! I have a pile of all of the recall notices and not gonna do any until down the road. Non e are critical . Sue me.
