Does BCM Recall Also Fix Turn Signal Outage Detection Recall?

I drove the 130 mile round trip to have these recalls done today. The guy at the service desk assured me both recalls were successfully performed. I got back home and checked Ford's recall page and the BCM Recall (24S27) is gone but the Turn Signal Outage Detection (23C41) is still listed incomplete. It looks as if the Turn Signal recall also required a BCM flash, which they did. So does the BCM update solve both recalls in one fell swoop?

I think it does, I got it done last week and now my LED tail lights cause hyperflash on the dash (not on actual signals).

That was my hunch, but I wanted to make sure. I wish Ford would remove the (older) turn signal recall from their website after the owner does the (more recent) full BCM flash.

I had recalls done in my driveway.and the tech turned on his computer after plugging in his ATT puck entered my vin# and downloaded the current version of my update and ran it. Then he repeated for my second truck including downloading.

I had the same thing happen. I had my first oil change and asked them not to do the recalls (23S27 and 23C41) as it's due for inspection in August and to do it then. When I picked it up, the invoice said 23S27 was done, but Ford Pass said it had outstanding recalls, and when I clicked on that, it said I had no recalls. A week later, both Fords recall page and Ford Pass showed no recalls, so evidently 23S27 takes care of the issue and it was just a matter of Fords system updating to reflect it.

Just checked Ford's Recall page again. It is now showing my Maverick has no recalls. Woo-hoo!
