Last I saw (on here) was maybe March. That and a few bucks will buy you a cup of coffee…… I have not noticed any issues with my truck, so for those of you having issues or with stop sales on your trucks, I hope it is resolved soon as possible for you.

Pretty soon we'll have a rash of news reports. "Frustrated buyers of 2024 Mavericks stealing their own vehicles off dealer lots".

They recently updated the NHTSA recall filing to say the software fix is expected to be available April

Go to associated documents, find the one

Recall 573 Report - 2/5/2025

Still says it's going to be a software fix and not a hardware fix

I've got a deposit on a 24 XLT, but my dealer is looking for a 25 with similar specs at a similar price, in a color I want(Blue, Green, Red. Not black white or gray, which seems to be the most common ones that meet the other requirements)

Hoping if I do end up with the 24 XLT that they have some good rebates or discounts available

Since it's been several months already since the stop-sale, my guess is they don't really have a solution yet and keep kicking the can down the road for a fix. At this rate, the 2026 order bank will be open before the 2024s that are on the stop-sale will be able to be sold.

I'm confused - a post today on an order for a 2024 XLT?

My original XLT order is still captive at the dealer. My Plan B, which was that I really didn't expect a '24 to get built, was a '25 order at the same time. The XLT was gorgeous, but I was greedy on that order, the '25 XL I actually under spec'd and I'm still happy as can be to actually have it.
They were only 6 weeks apart when all was said and done and I did get the Eruption Green I wanted in the first place and saved a few bucks overall.

No recall fix yet. Ford told dealers that they had hoped it would have been ready by last Friday. So it seems like it should be close to being ready.
