Had mine done on my 24 eco and noticed no difference, but I never had a problem in the first place. Seems like the sound is down a little from before but I’m blaming old ears

Normally used to listen to at all around stuff (not tunes) at 6 or 7, now 8-9, ah, going deaf!

Prior to update I listened at volume level 6, now it is 7 -8. Not huge difference, but it was the first thing I noticed.

I have had my back up camera freeze on me twice now since the camera recall. Before I received the update, I never had any issue with the rear camera.

Has anyone else had a problem with the camera after the recall update?

Hi,
does it say "G2.5" under your "About Ford Audio"? Because the G2.5 Software was developed to fix exactly the issue of rear camera freezes.
Have you had any 12V battery issues lately? Those could also lead to this problem.

Completed rear camera recall today by Dealer Mobile Service in driveway. 38 minutes total time.
Never experienced any issues before, do not notice any differences (except maybe radio volume) after. Radio shows G2.5 now. Had battery charged to 12.8V prior to commencing software load.
