Ah, the joys of the internet. There always has to be that one crazy conspiracy theorist in the comments 😆

The EMF from the planet is real bad for you too. That's why all the cults try to leave their bodies, too dangerous for em here.

At least MotorTrend used the best color Tremor!

By the way Motor Trend is going down to 6 content rich issues. Another one bites the dust. Where have all my car magazines gone

RIP JP, CarCraft, Popular Hotrodding, Petersons 4wheel, Mustang Monthly, Truck Trend, Automobile. My back pocket misses you.

I think it's great that they prefer the XLT interior over the Lariat.

The XLT interior is the best, hot take, I kinda love the blue and orange. Gives me gulf livery vibes, and I'm a huge Ford gt40 fan. The lariat interior just doesn't work with the blue and brown imo.

I have a lariat and I actually preferred the XLT seat fabric too. I just wasn’t willing to give up the other things you get with the Lariat that I could not get with the XLT. And since I have a MY24 those differences grew Compared to the MY23. If I could completely customize my own Maverick, it would have had all of the features of a Lariat, but with XLT interior and XLT wheels.

I’ve got a lariat and I like the interior just fine the blue and brown interior reminds of a king ranch. Prefer the XLT wheels though. Don’t care for the black and silver lariat wheels. I prefer a solid color wheel, black, dark gray, gun metal. Been thinking of wrapping bottom section of truck to make it two tone. Maverick is cactus gray with black bumpers trying to decide what color to wrap the bottom.

I have no desire for a Lariat, I am a keep it simple stupid kind of guy. I prefer fabric seats, and like the wheels.

But the Lariat deal breaker for me is the lack of a genuine ignition key. I have the keyless system on my Mustang and was 200 miles from home when the dashboard informed me that the key fob battery was low. I had to read the manual for 20 minutes and watch a YouTube video to replace the fob battery, quite thrilling. I am fine with the old fashioned key, thank you.

I'm not going to get too upset about this when it is basically an interior comparison of XLT vs. Lariat.

Those who respect the Tremor find incredible value in it and those that don't? It is obviously a niche trim level for the Maverick.

Hey TNFurb, If you want to swap your Lariat wheels for my XLT wheels, let me know.
I am expecting my XLT approx March 1st. I live in Northern Ohio. We could meet half way. I wonder if we have a "swap" thread?

Thanks for the offer, but the XLT wheels are 17 inch’s and the Lariat’s are 18 so I wouldn’t want to deal with the Speedo calibration.

Good point, thanks for the response. I do like the look of the Lariat wheels.
