Ford has never shown that information. The only way to find out is through freedom of information requests through state DMVs, and putting all the information together.

AMINISTRATOR: A YoY -11.7% increase?? In a spirit of constructive criticism, I would think "decrease" may be more appropriate. No I am not usually a "nitpicker".

What does gross stock mean? Vehicles on hand not yet sold? If there are only few 25 MY's left on the lots does that mean if I add monthly production from Oct., Nov., and Dec to the YTD total I will have approximate 26 production. If I divide current gross stock by this figure, will I have % of 26's not yet sold? Comparing the raw numbers in gross stock between the F series and the Maverick is sort of useless. Percentage of production would be more meaningful. It would clarify which gross stock is relatively higher and which is experiencing slower sales.

surprising that the hybrid flavor was only about 54 percent, I would have thought it was in the 70 range.
The general public's perception of Hybrid vehicles is that they are lacking in power and that the main EV battery will break down in 5 years and cost them $20,000 to replace.

As of Oct 2025 one in ten Americans thinks the world is flat, so ...

When it comes to dealing with John Q. Public, perception is much more important than reality.

Last year there was just over 81,000 Maverick Hybrids out of 155,000 total Mavericks sold. So just over 52% hybrids in 2025.

Hybrids were once very supply constrained, and I believe they are still restricted by how many hybrid components they can source.

Looking around me you see the same thing at every dealer within 500 miles. Multiple Eco boosts on the lot, usually 2-3k under MSRP, hybrids are far fewer in quantity and command a $2-3k premium markup.

Given the cost of CAFE credits and EPA fines, if Ford could make even more hybrid Mavs I'm sure they would love to. Maybe with the escape being discontinued we will see more hybrid Mavs, although I think a hybrid bronco sport is more likely.

Hybrid BS has to be almost inevitable with hybrid Cherokee coming out.
