I didn’t notice any difference just sitting inside between the xl & standard xlt seating (no power) but I own an xlt and is very comfortable for me and I never drove the xl.

I work for a dealership and all three models have the same cushion it's just the covers that change. Only difference we pull up is driver or passenger. Even the heated seat cushion is the same as the non heated.

Can't speak for the XLT but I love my XL seats, manual adjustments and all! Very comfortable, great seating position, nice subtle coloring. To me, the XL interior just seems more cohesive than the other options.
