Hi all. Just purchased 2024 Xlt with 17 inch tires. Love the truck, has 30,000 kms. Thought it had blis but doesn’t. Thinking of ordering 2026, but not sure about Lariat ride with 18 inch tires, Active X seat covers as well as all the climate controls on the screen. I’m older, so miss the blis and other safety features of Copilot 360 that my 150 had. Any experience in the ride quality issue? Would love to hear your comments.

My 25 Lariat hybrid with 19 inch wheels rides great. Also has the 4K package.

If you already have an AWD Maverick the ride of a Lariat vs XLT will be the same, just different seat covers. Might be slightly harsher due to slightly smaller side walls on the tires.

I have the 2025 Lariat with 19" wheels. The ride is much smoother than expected. No complaints and road noise is on the quiet side.

The 22-24 models had Conti shoes on the XLT and Michelins on the Lariat. I use Michelins on everything, as they last longer and ride better. The 25s all switched to GoodYear shoes with lower sidewalls that would give you a more harsh ride..

Already some great posts. My opinion the XLT will not only ride better because of wider sidewalls but also add a little ground clearance for snow. The biggest comfort will be having cloth seats in the XLT where the Lariat is fake leather which does not breathe.

The Lariat offers BnO radio and a little sound deadening (front fenders). Which is not on the XLT. I didn't want it do to planning on rust proofing after delivery.

I also in 24 ordered optional p235 tires for additional ground clearance but not to much to reduce MPG. They didn't offer that in 25 and I have not looked at the 26 ordering guide.

Hope my opinion helps with your decision just keep in mind it just an opinion.

I actually took a hit when I ordered it because I also added the FX4 which does give a different suspension but at the time several upgrades including front tow hooks and skid plate. Coming from F150 the ride is great and the suspension really helps on curves, I don't notice any body roll.

Good luck hope you enjoy your new Maverick whatever you decide on.

I have a 25 XLT with the 225/55-19 tires the same Goodyears as the Lariat. I was concerned about ride quality as my wife has an Escape which has the same size tires and has always ridden a little harsh. Happy to report that the Maverick rides very nicely compared compared to the Escape. I will be putting the Goodyears on the Escape next time it needs tires!

In order to get Blindspot at least on the 25s you need to opt for the copilot 360 that has a fee of $795, or copilot 3 60–2 as it sometimes called if your truck has the no charge copilot 360. It really has nothing That anyone wants lol Ford makes it as confusing as they can because they do list on the sticker copilots 360 at no charge or the copilot 360 which is $795

My 25 Lariat Hybrid AWD 4k tow with BAP rides great on my 19's. I just bought Michelin CrossClimate all weather tires and the handling is great. The stock Goodyear Wrangler ht were decent but the new tires rock.

Were those 19" wheels an option on the XLT?

The Lariat 19s (in all black) and Goodyear Territory HT are part of the BAP on XLTs

I was worried our Lariat would ride harshly on the 19s but it's fine. Can't wait to try it on the winter 17s to see if it makes any difference
Thanks!!

2026 lariat will have 19” wheels.

My 2025 Lariat is a significantly stiffer ride than my 2023 tremor was
The Tremor has the best ride, both on and off road. The upgraded shocks and springs make all the difference.
