XL submission errors- fixed yet?

After some reading and reaching out to a few dealers, it seems, as of yesterday there were issues with submitting an order for an XL trim level Maverick.

Does anyone know if there is a particular XL configuration that is preventing the order from being accepted in the system? My particular order is pretty basic I think.

2.0,awd,atlas blue,4K - are any of those item(s) the mysterious offending item(s)?

I’m a bit disappointed to read the order banks are closing soon and I’m not able to get my order in the system. Not the end of the world by any means, but some information would be nice.

Anyone have any real knowledge or understand of this glitch? Maybe @fordvideoguy knows something or someone else?

Thank you in advance and I’m not looking for theory’s. I would just like to know if I should remove any item(s) to get my xl trim level order in, then revisit once the dust settles

I ordered XL hybrid silver with only options being tow hitch, full size spare, hinge lock and keyless entry pad but sales guy could not submit order with hinge lock and keyless entry pad so we left out and was able to then order.

The issue is Atlas Blue. Change the color and you should be able to submit.

Carbonized Gray here, only options are Hotspot delete, hitch, and inverter. Doubt any of those would be a problem, but who knows?

Comes here to get answers to why XLs arent going through, mine included, figures it out and won't share this info. NICE.

Changed from Atlas Blue to Carbonized Gray and mine went through.

They can't get Carbonized Gray to go through? Mine went through no issue after refusing to submit with Atlas Blue.
