Pull the microphone in the driver side A piller and stuff some insulating material behind it. Then get used to the fact that you drive a truck.

I've had my 23 xlt for a few days now and put about 100 miles on it. I've been surprised at how quiet it is. Regular car is an MB E350 so I'm used to quiet.
I would say there is something wrong. You might want to consider using a decibel meter to actually measure the noise level. This can help establish objective parameters when dealing with a Dealer who says there is nothing wrong. You can then also see if you can do comparative testing on another Mav or see if Ford has noise level spec.'s.
Whenever talking with a Dealer its helpful to have factual evidence to eliminate their BS. They don't like dealing with anything they can't see making money on.
good idea - could also be turbulence which wouldn't be measured on a db meter...

Lowering any of the windows actually make it so much worse. The noise is increased and you can’t hear anything inside the cabin at all it’s almost deafening to drive with the windows down.
Weird! Maybe some exhaust leak not necessarily on the pipes but maybe by the manifold? I'm with what someone said - see if the dealer has another one on the lot and do a comparison and if you find a marked difference have the service tech ride along in each.

Does your model have a moon roof or rear widow panel?
Does your model have a moon roof or rear widow panel?
it has both the moon
Could it be the doors, not the windows???? Maybe not sealing properly or rubber gasket not in place correctly?? Can you feel air movement and if so, where?
That’s a great suggestion i never thought it could be the doors so I’ll suggest they look at them when I take it back a second time. I don’t feel any air coming into the veh even from the moon roof. But everyone I try to speak with on Bluetooth says it sounds like it’s coming from inside the vehicle.

The wind noise started three days after purchasing the vehicle. I took it for a test drive with the sales person and no noise was present. When I took it into the dealer last week they said a service technician test drive the vehicle and the wind noise was very obvious but said that was completely normal for the Maverick and there was nothing they could do since the seal on the windows were perfect.
Hi there – send a message to us with your VIN and approximate mileage. I’ll look into this for you. Thanks!

Did you take it out for a test ride before you bought it? If so, was the noise there then? If you didn't take it out first, was the noise there when you left the dealer? In any case, did the noise start after you had it for a while, or was it there from the start?
You're kidding, right? A test drive in a vehicle that does not exist on any dealer lot.

Wasn't there an issue with some earlier production Mavericks where the factory forgot to stuff those foam inserts on both sides of the front and passenger door compartment gaps facing the engine bay? OP might want to check if those foam inserts are missing, since those are for sound deadening the engine bay and the passenger compartment.

From OP "I double checked the doors and it did come with the insulation everyone is saying helps with the wind noise between the engine and the fender."

Same problem here! I have a 2023 XLT Hybrid with 500 miles on it and at over 60mph it is really loud. To me it feels like a weatherstripping issue but I can't find where it is. I love the truck but get sad when I know I will be getting the freeway and it's going to happen. I don't always like having the radio on but without it, that wind noise sounds like I am going through a wind storm on a desert road. Any ideas of where it may be coming from and how to stop it? Again, only appears after 60mph. Sounds like wind turbulence pushing up against the truck. Seems to be happaning to mainly hybrid vehicles?

Do you have side windows deflectors by chance

Hi there! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your noise concerns on my end.

Check the rubber sealing around the windows. One of mine was a bit uneven and not flush and caused a buzzing sound from the wind. Warranty replaced it.
