I purchased a 2023 Maverick XLT three weeks ago and have noticed a horrible wind noise coming from the driver and passenger windows. I double checked the doors and it did come with the insulation everyone is saying helps with the wind noise between the engine and the fender. The noise is so bad that I can’t even use my blue tooth since every time I try to call someone all they can hear is the wind. Does anyone have any tips on how to possibly fix the wind noise or what helped reduce the noise besides the insulation? I have taken it back to the dealership and they stated the wind noise was normal and there was nothing they could do about it even stated that no one had reported issues with not being able to use the blue tooth because of the wind. Has anyone found a way to help reduce the wind noise?

hmm...I just have an XL but that shouldn't make any difference, I find mine to be very quiet and no noticable noise. Does the noise modify when you incrementally lower the window(s)?

Does your model have a moon roof or rear widow panel?

Lowering any of the windows actually make it so much worse. The noise is increased and you can’t hear anything inside the cabin at all it’s almost deafening to drive with the windows down.

I had a 22 XLT and now have a 23 XLT. I've never experienced this in mine. No issues with Bluetooth, and not at all noisy in either one.

I just received my 2023 Maverick Lariat and have a slight rattle coming from the window on the front passenger door. But that's something that I suspect the dealer can fix or it will work itself out. Most times there is no noise. However, the way you describe your noise it sounds almost likely you're in a wind tunnel. I would take it back to the dealer a second time and have either your salesman or one of their customer service people ride with you so you can point out the noise to them. With this new of a purchase, there is no need to settle with an unsatisfactory vehicle.

Could it be the doors, not the windows???? Maybe not sealing properly or rubber gasket not in place correctly?? Can you feel air movement and if so, where?

Did you take it out for a test ride before you bought it? If so, was the noise there then? If you didn't take it out first, was the noise there when you left the dealer? In any case, did the noise start after you had it for a while, or was it there from the start?

The wind noise started three days after purchasing the vehicle. I took it for a test drive with the sales person and no noise was present. When I took it into the dealer last week they said a service technician test drive the vehicle and the wind noise was very obvious but said that was completely normal for the Maverick and there was nothing they could do since the seal on the windows were perfect.

Wind noise at what speed? Highway speeds over 65 mph? Wind noise is a bit loud at highway speeds at 70+ mph, around the windshield near the sideview mirrors. But if it's that loud that callers can hear the wind noise, you should record a video of it and see if the mic picks up the noise and post here or show it to your dealership. Could be that your windshield is not properly sealed from the factory.

I've had my 23 xlt for a few days now and put about 100 miles on it. I've been surprised at how quiet it is. Regular car is an MB E350 so I'm used to quiet.
I would say there is something wrong. You might want to consider using a decibel meter to actually measure the noise level. This can help establish objective parameters when dealing with a Dealer who says there is nothing wrong. You can then also see if you can do comparative testing on another Mav or see if Ford has noise level spec.'s.
Whenever talking with a Dealer its helpful to have factual evidence to eliminate their BS. They don't like dealing with anything they can't see making money on.

Go for a ride after your wife screams in your ears. You won’t even notice.
